Excel with Business was fine until they changed owenership and new owners no longer offering lifetime accesss. Tried to use again and access denied. Is this a scam? Seems to be.

Advanced Excel
Advanced Excel: Working on a separate project while studying. Have a thorough understanding and have used Excel in the work environment.
Understood the course with no real problems at all (obviously), Though I found the assessments ambiguous and at times hard to understand. The final assessment was in parts ridiculous, also by mistake I submitted one final assessment (only 2 tries allowed) which meant I failed. This is despite having a very thorough understanding of the program which I have used for contracting purposes.

Would recommend.
Bearing in mind that everyone on this course would have a different background and experiences of Word, I think that the instructions are detailed and easy to follow without being boring.
This course would benefit people who use Word on a regular basis but are self-taught. I can use Word on intermediate level but don't understand complex processes such as macros (I haven't reached this part of the course yet). I find that this course helps to explain not just how to do something but what is actually happening as well. This is helping to open up more options that I can use Word for in the future.

misinformation
the product was advertised as word perfect but it is a class for excel. Poor job on presenting your product. Then I had to go through the trouble of trying to get a refund for an app. Horrible experience all around due to your ad that intentionally misleads people.

The Microsoft Word, course redeemed by you back in 4th Jun 2019 - meaning the corse has been ready for you to access it. Simply you needed to navigate the site and click on "View all courses" to find the course you have purchased.

I can see on my system you have purchased the Excel and Advanced Excel. Most of our content is readable and altho it has images and videos, the user will still need to read through the content to understand the exercises.
Please note the course has downloadable exercises, videos to watch and follow through, images, the readable content and quizzes to test your self. This course also has tests for you to complete for each course, you will receive a certificate for each test. This also applies for completion. Once you have completed the course, you will receive a certificate of completion which will be CPD accredited.
If you wish to have a refund, please contact the company you originally purchased the course from as they have your payments and card details, information that it's not shared with us, the course providers.
