Just a ton of information without clear illustration and explanations. It is better to borrow a book from the library than to waste your money here.

I really wanted a course where I would be taught by being m spoken to, then I could follow along action the instructions - with this course you have to just read on the screen tons of information and try and understand it rather than be ‘taught’ it via a voice as other courses are. So I gave up in the end I I wasn’t learning anything. Shame.

Very informative. Explained and illustrated well. A good course also enjoyable.

Had trouble trying to re-activate my account. Recorded passwords were not working. My e-mail queries were all answered within the time period advised and the EBW staff did not appear to mind trying to resolve the issue even after several unsuccessful attempts. Eventualluy I had two options; operate on a parellel platform or register again on the EBW site. Both options would have achieved the desired result and I elected to go with the EBW site. Service received has given me confidence in the entire programme and I look forward to getting started.

I thought this was going to be difficult, but your systems are user friendly and it allows you to work at your pace. The lessons are structured in a way that it's easy to follow and the self assessment questions really reinforce the learning and commit to the learning journey. So far so good.

Purchased at discount with one of the job sites. Unable to access the course I paid for, instead, have something to do with accounting on my dashboard. Contacted customer services through the website but no response, nothing at all.

Please assist in the following. I finished the MBA course.
The concerns I have are;
I cant get the certificate, I followed all the advice given on the site and tutorials.
Some of the courses seems as if it never loaded(showing completion)
I have reach out via the support and sales mails and had not received any feedback apart from an automated one.
Please can you assist me with the above.

I love the courses in Excel with Business. The only complaint I have is, I emailed their support on the 1st of Feb 2021 and I have not received a reply. I hope I get a reply soon as I want to sign up to the monthly membership but I want my query dealt with first.

Great course, easy to follow.

The information provided is useful to a certain degree, but its the same as I could have found on line. Personally, I dont find it helpful learning from screen shots. This was of learning isnt for me.

One star is to good for CEX it’s been over 2 weeeks since my order was dispatched and I have still not received it it’s a Christmas present for my child and no they wont have it as I don’t have extra money to purchase it and am still waiting for a refund

a very good course that can be done at your own pace, really good that you can replay the module again and again if required ( which i have done a few times )
i am yet to finish the course, as i am pacing this learning along with other I.T. courses.
very user friendly..... hence 5 stars.

Still getting to know the program so nothing bad just not familiar with everything yet.

The certificate could exclude the amount of time spent on each module. Some of the modules you complete fairly quickly and it will show that you spent a minute on it. Potential Employers may think that completing the course may not be of so much value.

I redeemed my voucher but I can't seem to go the page anymore, it instead takes me to Data Science page.

Excel with business is a tool needed by all leaders to ensure communication is effectively filtered to the business with understanding. Eye opening.
