Will not order there again.
Delivered the order quickly.
However, gifts were missing, and one product was 30 USD more expensive than on Amazon.com.
Asked for missing samples and a price match. Customer service did not help, but told me that the samples were missing because I did not click on additional "add" buttons. Offered no help or resolution.
I purchased a LELO Sona 2 Cruise from Exclusive Beauty Club and received a defective product. I followed the included instructions to charge and power on the device upon delivery, only to find that it did not function at all.
I contacted their support team the same day it arrived (purchased March 30th, delivered April 2nd) and received a clearly AI-generated response directing me to contact the manufacturer directly. As a retailer, that is not an acceptable resolution for a defective product sold just days prior.
To make matters worse, their 30-day return policy apparently does not apply to this product — something that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I am extremely dissatisfied with Exclusive Beauty Club's customer service and would not recommend purchasing from them.
This company advertises products that they can't really ship. I ordered something that a label was created and then never accepted for six days. I had been charged for the order. The company blamed it on USPS and said it must have been lost or stolen. I had to contact my bank to get a refund. I noticed when I ordered that there was an option for insurance on the order and now I know what. SCAM

Beware of company. I ordered a product and never received it. Their policy provides for no refund if they say they shipped it even though the customer never receives it. Buy at your own risk.
I bought a device for my wife beginning of December that I want to return.
I emailed on December 17th to ask how to return : no response.
I have sent a second email on December 21st, still no response.
They said they would provide a response through 48h.
Doesn’t seem they care so much for their customers. I don’t recommend.
Website is easy to navigate and I was able to find the product I needed quickly. Product has a nice smell to it, goes on smoothly and really cools your body…
Moisturizing, not greasy or sticky, very shiny, a little goes a long way. Will see with use if lips plump a lines disappear.
I chose "EltaMD UV Restore Broad-Spectrum SPF 40 Sample" as my free gift, but It was replaced with something else. a bit disappointed.
I ordered a couple of products from exclusivebeautyclub.com, they do not send invoices, I tried to contact about invoice a couple of times, but they newer shared. Probably they evade tax any involve any other fraudulent actives. Their activities should be examined by IRA,
