Brian in sales (not at all pushy at all), Ashley and Charlie in surveying and installation and Stephen on the till were all very friendly and very professional. (My builders also commented how good the installation team was, and they are generally a fussy lot). I couldn't have wished for better service

A really friendly team installed our windows and doors. They were very clean and tidy making sure nothing was left behind. The team told us exactly what to expect and in what order they were going to do and it only took a day and a half to install. Unfortunately, (due to no fault of the team) two panels of fan glass had broken en route to the house. We did have to contact the sales rep to remind the company that they needed to replace. We did have to wait over two weeks to have them replaced even though we were told they had them the weekend after the initial installation. However, this has now been recified and we couldn't be happier. We will absolutely use this company again as we extend the house. Upon reading the reviews, there were some that made us apprehensive about the after care service. But we can honestly say this company is not only value for money with excellent products but the friendly service makes it 5 stars. Thanks Exclusive Glazing Ltd.

Arrived on time. Lovely doors fitted very neatly. All in all a good service. We would highly recommend.

The install team turned up on time very polite and efficient put dust sheets everywhere, only concentrated on one room at a time also explained everything they was doing. Very pleased with the finished work and would definitely use again

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Exclusive Glazing. From the initial consultation to installation, everything was handled professionally.
Brian, the consultant, was informative and took the time to explain the different window options, including their quality, safety features, and functionality. I chose sliding sash windows (Anthracite Grey outside, White inside), and I’m very happy with the result. The surveyor carried out accurate measurements, and the installation team—Joe, Josh, Ash, and Charlie—were superb. They were true professionals, punctual, efficient, and kept everything clean and organised throughout the process. The windows have made a significant difference to both the look and feel of my home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again in the future.

The installers were professional, punctual, and very careful throughout the whole process. Everything was done neatly and to a very high standard.

Stephen and the team were fantastic. Always available and prompt to respond, patient with all our changes. They add a real personal touch and other firms could learn a lot from this company about what customer service and building customer relationships should look like.

Looking for new windows felt like an minefield to us.
Soon as we had the meeting with Brian at Exclusive glazing he answered every question honestly .
The price was fair .
We also asked for a sample window to be made, that was also done for us so we could see exactly the quality of the windows.
Our experience has been very positive.

From start to finish everyone I've dealt with at Exclusive Glazing had been great .
Terry came to give us a quote and he brought a sample window with him so we could see exactly what product we were going to receive .
He also brought a cut piece to explain and show us how the actual uPVC worked with the insulation.it creates .
Also it was nice to be contacted from the actual owner of the company Stephen .
He was great to deal with and went through everything that we would experience with his company .
True to his word we did . He offered a great service for a great price . The fitters did an amazing job and the whole process went without a hitch . 2 days and all the windows were in . They cleaned everything up there was no mess at all the fitment was exact .
Overall my experience with Stephen and his team at Exclusive Glazing was for lack of a better word brilliant !

Team were brilliant from start to finish. Communication was excellent all the way through. The quality of the windows and instillation is excellent. All touched up and finished off really well. The team were also very clean and tidy, brought their own Henry to give the place a hoover after. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Second time of using Exclusive Glazing and yet again great service from start to finish. Quality product, competitive pricing and a speedy installation pre Christmas too. Excellent after care and customer service.

I am and will continue to recommend Exclusive Glazing to all my friends and family. After getting quotes from all the major window providers we were simply blown away by the affordably.

Given the strong pricing we were pleasantly surprised by the customer service, the friendly approach, quality of the final product and incredibly fast turnaround time.

Steve (the owner) contacted us after the initial quotation. He was professional, friendly and helped greatly in understanding the contact, financing options and provided clear timelines. His customer service was 11/10.

Aiden, Lawrence, Ash and Charlie (the installers) were incredibly respectful of our property and our strong request to maintain as much of the original Victorian facade as possible. The two teams managed to complete our two bay windows, bifold door, two bedroom and kitchen windows in 1 day!!! We witnessed incredible service and craftsmanship from the team and alone this is enough for us to recommend Exclusive Glazing.

If you’re reading this and thinking of whether to use Exclusive Glazing, I would recommend you go with them. We will be using them again when for our loft extension in the future.

From start to what now appears to be the finish, from Exclusive Glazing's perspective, despite ongoing issues and complaints, this company has mistruthed and misled us constantly.
We placed our order with Exclusive Glazing, in early June, on the promise from Steve that the windows and doors we agreed, would be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Six weeks later in late July, after regular requests for updates, we still had no dates from Exclusive Glazing for delivery of our windows.
We were notified on 31 July that only some of the windows were coming in a week later and would be installed later that week. Exclusive Glazing knew exactly how many windows we needed but thought it was acceptable to only deliver some of them. They remeasured for the missing windows, blaming everyone else involved, when they installed the first few windows on 9th August, which left numerous windows empty and insecure, causing a great deal of stress for my wife and daughter.
The remaining windows were installed at the end of Aug but we had to wait until the last day of September for the doors to be installed, 16 weeks after we ordered them.
We hoped that would be the last time we would have to deal with Exclusive Glazing, unfortunately, the doors didn't fit properly, there was a gap between the sliding doors when closed, so the freezing cold wind blows straight through, and the door handle was completely the wrong colour.
I have been chasing Steve for 6 weeks since I provided him with the photos of these issues but he has completely ignored me.
Every time they provided dates for delivery and installation, a week or two later would push them back another month. The problem, Steve explained to me is, "the industry is full of liars"! He is absolutely right!!
I regret doing business with this company, we saved a small amount of money but it cost us much more money on overall project costs and delays. Exclusive Glazing are happy to ignore and mislead customers at every stage of the process, then walk away and leave jobs unfinished.
Avoid them and pay more would be my advice based on my experience.
