Polite delivery driver offered to make up my furniture. Called before hand

I was able to track my order all the way and it arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. Two really friendly guys brought my suite in took all wrapping off placed it where iwanted it.very efficent. Fantastic job.

the firm gave a time slot for delivery and were actually 10 minutes early which was a bonus for me. The men were professional, making the delivery and set up of the item easy... no bother at all.

Timely delivery within the allocated slot, polite staff, they made sure they wouldn't knock anything down by requesting for any objects and picturevframes to be removed in advance. Professional.

Called before they arrived. Unwrapped sofa and chair and put in position in room. Took all packaging away. Great service.

The delivery arrived exactly when they said they would . The delivery team were very efficient, they had the furniture installed and unpacked in 20 minutes .
The two gentlemen were very polite and courteous and took all the packaging material away with them .

Very well organised delivery and communication in advance of it.
In my case delivery nearly failed because neither my phone nor the intercom at the building entrance were working properly at the time so that the team got the wrong impression that I was not at home and sent a failure message. I phoned the office to explain the situation. The delivery team came back to my house very soon and as they were real professionals, worked very fast, friendly and efficiently.

The delivery men told us that our bed wouldn’t fit up the stairs and that wasn’t their job anyway so just left it on the middle of our downstairs hall. It’s a two person job and I am 8 months pregnant. We called them immediately upon checking our email which told us they were supposed to deliver to our chosen room. They didn’t come back.
Although a little fiddly, my husband got help from brother in law and they were able to get it upstairs.
Definitely would never use this company again.

Delivery was arranged and the drivers gave us a call 20 minutes before arrival which was good. Very fast and efficent delivery once a date is agreed , very pleased
