I found the course very informative. It provided valuable insights into different platforms and how they align with specific tasks for Executive Assistants. I greatly appreciate the clear explanations and the opportunity for hands-on experience, which made the content practical and easy to understand.

It was an intense and insightful experience and I was honoured to learn from one of the most important voices within admin professional work.

In the last couple of months I have attended the ACEA course, ES Live conference and the Modern Day Assistant course. All were exceptional. Lucy Brazier is truly inspiring.

These two days were insightful, touching, energizing and motivating. I have learned so much and I have met so many amazing people! This community (I did not know I had) means a world to me now!

It was great to come together as EAs and celebrate US as it is so rare still to this day.
It was great seeing how other EAs work.
Day 1 was great, however the 2 hour workshops felt a bit too long. Day 2 having 45min sessions were amazing though.

I can't find one thing that would not have been perfect. Executive Support LIVE in London exceeded my expectations by far. I knew it will be amazing but it was mind-blowing. I can just say THANK YOU for the fantastic organization.

Meticulously organised event, nice opportunity to connect with peers and great way to learn a lot.

I thoroughly enjoyed the learning element—particularly the sessions on AI, which offered practical insights and valuable ideas for improvement. The speaker line-up was impressive and brought real expertise to the stage. That said, a few talks felt a touch too personal for my preference. Looking ahead, I’d welcome the opportunity to attend a top-tier C-Level SEA conference: a two-day event focused on two or three strategic themes in the age of AI, with cross-functional learning and actionable takeaways for a like-minded leadership community.

Really informative and inspiring speakers. It was a packed schedule but I found the 2 days very interesting and fun to be with like minded people.

HI - the conference was fantastic with a phenomenal line up full of smart, dynamic women. My only piece of critique is some of the talks were a bit too long (2 hours). I would shorten to a minimum of 90 min and consider adding time for Q&A.

Lucy's presentation style is welcoming and informative.
The interaction with the other attendees was insightful and fun.
I initially thought that a 3 day online course might be a bit too much but the time flew by, even after having already done a day's work!
Would recommend.

Administrative Assistants at all levels, greatly benefit from attending conferences - paid and free. Online conferences are great. The magazine is professional development in a bundle.

My experience with Executive Support was amazing. The high level of professionalism of sharing updated and great knowledge is remarkable.
Executive Support is a must do to get in touch with the most modern in nowadays.

I was overscheduled on the days of ES Tech, but I am grateful I can take advantage of the 30-days library access
