I have been using the well over 2 to 3 years. However I was getting the tropical and I couldn't figure out why when I wanted the what is it the other fruit flavor. I found them so I changed. I LOVE Exhale Wellness products. I'm a back patient as well as other ailments but pain is the worst. Will I ever stop - no. Or until God takes me home

Have been a customer for many years. Never been disappointed.

Coffee is horrible doesn’t even taste like coffee and very bitty after using French press so then I had to filter it.

Update: April 18, 2026. This company prides itself on great customer service and they do provide that, so I wanted to try again. Ultimately it’s the quality and checks of the product with which I have an issue. I just ordered a 1/4 oz flower that had a “best by” date of two months ago. Very disappointed. I’m switching.

Upgrade to four stars for customer service. Very professional and responsive. They are sending me new product, which I will review.

The weakest gummies I’ve ever bought. The texture is off-putting. The bottle looked beautiful and the lid wouldn’t work. I spent a lot of money for an expensive looking jar and sub-par quality gummies.

I’ve never had any problems with them, the items I ordered are exactly as what they advertised.

I gave a five star review for customer service. The product that I ordered, Delta 9 gummies, made me sick AF. And it lasted three days afterwards. I personally didn't feel much effects, the assumed effect I was expecting. But I spent lots of time in the bathroom. I contacted the company. I inquired about the 30 day money back guarantee. They refunded my card immediately. Fastest refund I ever received. No questions asked. Didn't want the opened product back. Easy peasy. So I would say the company is legit. Lots of people like the products. But for me, it did not agree with my digestive system.

After receiving the complimentary bag of coffee, I was automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription without actively choosing to do so. While I understand this may have been stated in the ordering process and reminder emails were sent, I personally find this approach misleading and not in the best interest of customers.

When I raised my concern, I was offered a 50% refund, which I felt did not adequately address the issue. This is disappointing, as the coffee itself was of good quality and I would have considered subscribing once my current coffee subscription had ended.

I strongly believe customers should be given the clear option to opt in to a subscription, rather than being automatically enrolled. Transparent and customer-friendly practices build trust, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling otherwise.

Their cartridges are hit or miss. 1 out of 4 simply don’t draw. Can’t leave a review on their website because they know they’ll get bad reviews. Shop elsewhere.

Worst quality of product i have ever received

I’ve been a customer of Exhale Wellness since 2023, have I tried others yes, but I choose Exhale Wellness for my needs, For one their customer service is the best, if it’s not right, they will make it right. I can only speak on my purchases and for me it’s been great.

Tried to place an order. Kept getting an error telling me simply “an error occurred. Try again or use a different form of payment.” I did both. Used different browsers and forms of payment. Same error. Tried to contact customer service and only got an AI chat bot named “Cris”. Now, Cris will tell you that it’s not an AI, but I work in created AI chat bots and know one when I see it. I asked basic questions and got canned responses. It asked for my credit card info and that was a big red flag. Never give your credit card info to an AI chat bot. I went to Mr. Hempflower instead.

The chat was helpful BUT I found the some practices to be bait and click. For instance, I signed up for the emails because the site said I'd get $20 off. After the email came, it was for $20 off $100 purchase. Then the agent gave me 5% off. When I went to check out it did say Free Shipping on orders over $89, but when I was ordering it said Free Shipping on my order tally. After I put in all of my billing info and clicked purchase, I saw where there is a $8.99 shipping fee, for one bottle no less. Just wish the web site was more transparent. :(

My product always shows up at my house. The website is easy to use. And I truly love the convenience of it all, not to mention they have great products!

As a long-time Delta-8 cartridge user, I feel obligated to share this honest review to protect others from making the same mistake I did. I recently purchased a Delta-8 cartridge from this site called EXHALE and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. This wasn't just a bad product it was a health risk.

Let me be clear: quality matters more than anything when it comes to buying vape carts. it had all the red flags of low-grade oil the color was unusually dark, the taste was chemically harsh with a burnt or plastic-like aftertaste, and it produced an odd throat burn even on low temperature settings.

Within minutes of using it, I experienced a headache, nausea, anxiety, and a general feeling of being unwell the kind of feeling where your body knows something’s not right. The high felt disjointed, foggy, and borderline toxic.

In short: trust your senses. If it looks, smells, or tastes off it is. Don't gamble with your health just to save a few bucks.

The order arrived very quickly. I got organic decaf after seeing the ads on social media. Unfortunately, it tastes of nothing. I can’t even smell coffee aroma and can’t understand what the fuss is all about.

I have been ordering from Exhale wellness for 2 years. Every thing I’ve ordered and tried was awesome. Too many different choices especially the gummies. I have tried alot of the delta-9 products and some bud and pre-rolls and they are all very tasty and relaxing! I have also turned on my neighbors in my senior complex and they all are asking me for some of mine. I think your company should offer a sample pouch with something I haven’t ordered so I might try something else. I always get some gummies from your company so when I travel to California or she comes to visit me in Massachusetts we enjoy them together!! Thank- you for creating a fabulous product so every 21+ can experience a great feeling .

Go ahead and check their website for their "lab results". Dates do not line up. Even if they were real, test results are over a year old which is a bad sign on its own.

I guess they only make one batch... ever? A bottle manufactured well after the "test date" suddenly doesn't have its own result. Location of manufacturing differs on COA, website, and bottle. Not even that, they aren't even faking labs that should matter, which would be pesticides and heavy metals.

Go ahead and check a lab result yourself. See that batch/lot number on the bottle? Try to find a lab result for it. Here is a hint: It doesn't exist.
I've got a bottle right in front of me - batch number 2IJ24011, no COA for it on their website. They claim every batch is tested, so why hide the results for a customer? It's because they don't have it and don't care.

Are they in based in Texas, California, Colorado, or North Carolina? Who knows! Got a city, but no address for somewhere on the other side of the country of where they are manufactured. A quick search for Exhale Wellness in Charlotte, NC yields results only for an unaffiliated therapy company.

Calling customer service, they ask for an order ID number, something that isn't on a bottle. So if you bought it from a shop and not the online retail store, how are they to support you with any questions?

For a company trying to create medicinal products, they are pulling every shady move in the book.

The employee Zip at the Fayetteville store is one of the BEST people I've ever met. Funny, incredibly helpful, and so kind to get the chance to interact. One of the best locations to go to because of her. Honestly.

I have had a Delta 8 gummies subscription for 1.5 years. The product is great, until it isn't. I received an open bottle and the chat offered me a replacement. What I actually got was 35% off my next purchase. 100% satisfaction guarantee should read 35% customer satisfaction. Open, unsealed bottle? Buyer beware.
