Exotic Botanic レビュー

Great customer service and well-kept plants!

Friendly informative service. After so many years of wanting to grow "String of Pearls" I was given information that I was never aware of. Thank you

Quick and easy ordering service, and super fast delivery :)

Incredibly helpful staff. Knew what they were talking about and took the time to genuinely help. Will shop here again for my plants 💚

Very fast shipping and packaged well as was glass object. Communication was fast friendly and informative

Exotic had the plant I wanted and responded to my on-line enquiry promptly. It was at a reasonable price and the staff were happy to let me know that there was a little 'browning' on the plant, as it's end of season, if I was not wanting to proceed with the purchase. They put it áside 'for me for collection and I was pleasantly surprised at the range of plants available when I collected my purchase. All round a great experiance

Always friendly and very helpful -Janene

Steven and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and obliging

I am always greeted with a genuine smile by the lovely staff that are more than happy to help with anything I need. Their kindness and obvious passion for the plants they care for make adding to my plant collection a wonderful experience.

Steven has been extremely helpful with my queries, received my package in a great condition.

Always love getting my plants and accessories from Exotic Botanic. The service is always fantastic, the plants are super healthy and they have great variety and prices. Love supporting a small, local business too!

Always so friendly and knowledgable about their product. The assistants are happy to be at work.

Great service and excellent pricing

They had exactly the item I was looking for (a plinth) and it was on sale! They even carried it out to the car for me.

Amazing quality and service. Highly recommend

Love this store! Super nice staff and lovely selection of plants!

Great choice of plants and pots, friendly helpful staff.
Convenient location.

Always the best service and advice!
So thankful to have a team of pit and plant lovers close by who can always answer my questions and help with plant concerns. They’ve always got a great range of pots to suit what I’m looking for.

Purchased a voucher for my sister, very straightforward. Her shopping experience was fantastic, she found the staff very friendly and knowledgable. She purchased a Wollemi pine.
