Excellent Boxing Day sale

Excellent Boxing Day sale. At collection time I appreciated not being sold items that were not of good quality. But I drove 30min to collect my purchase. I would have appreciated some form of communication about the items not being available. I would have cancelled my order. As the other items I bought were small and not my priority

Hey Ryan, Apologies this has happened.

You are meant to receive an SMS and an Email when items are cancelled to make sure this doesn't happen.
We have passed this onto our automation team and they are going to follow up. Thank you for bringing it to our attention

Plant supply for extensive landscaping

I found the staff at Exoctic Botanic to be very friendly and eager to assist me with my order. I had an extensive list of plants and they were able to provide all of them except for a couple of rare plants (no-one else has been able to supply). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone seeking to landscape their garden.
