Réponse claire précise rapide tout nickel

Très bon suivi de colis très bien arrivé en bonne état domage que les explication ne soit pas en français pour la plantation et la période de plantation des graines

Livraison un peu longue.
Taille trop grand - pris un M comme indiqué pour un 90B - S aurait été largement suffisant.
Retour avec frais et remboursement long,

commande bien reçu; seul souci obligé de relance le service client pour un suivi de la commande.

Je ne remet pas en doute la qualité, simplement que moi je met du 100 D et qu’ils mon envoyé du 2XL , donc beaucoup trop grand , et leurs réponse est que la taille est conforme à ma commande ….. bref pour moi il y a problème de taille 🤷‍♀️

I wrote the same day of delivery that I needed to return the 6 bras for a different size. I had used the size chart and measured myself the best I could, but I did need a different size. Total amount spent: 103.30 EUR.

That's when they said "As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you partial compensation of [4 euros] as a token of our appreciation for your understanding. We hope this small gesture will help make up for your disappointment.
Please let us know if this solution would be acceptable to you." but did not accept my request for an exchange. I said no.

They wrote back "I'm willing to raise your pay to 6 euros at my own expense.
But that's the most I can offer you. After all, my salary isn't very high." I MEAN WTF????!!!!!

So now I'm angry and feel the sting of having been scammed. So I don't want an exchange anymore, I want total reimbursement. So they offer 8 euros, I say no and threaten to write a bad review and report the scam. They then offer me 16 euros for a good review, but do not accept my request to return the 6 items!!!!!

I am fed up. AVOID THIS G-DAMN SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You'll be doing yourself the biggest favor.

BTW- I had seen this ad on instagram, and did first look up the website and found it to be legit before making my purchase.

UPDATE: 27 May (24 days after purchase) STILL NO RESOLUTION. They continue to send me emails offering a few more euros compensation.

But the CRAZY part is, the amound I agreed to pay on the website (103.30 EUR) was not the amount taken from my Paypal account (118.79 EUR)!
So this is just completely all wrong.

They are stalling for time, WASTING MY TIME!!!!

Update on 28 May 2026
Now that I have litigations with them through PayPal after 22 emails trying to get a return for reimbursement, they are offering it. STILL DOES NOT EXPLAIN how/why they charged more via PayPal after the online website purchase. 118€ instead of 103€!

UPDATE: MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE USED PAYPAL or any credit card that makes it easier for you to declare fraud. Thanks to PayPal, I was able to turn down their petty offers of 11 Euros and instead get full reimbursement - even for the amount they charged EXTRA without my knowing.

One of the two cases (two separate orders but same problems) is closed and I am waiting for the second to close with the same full reimbursement.

De tres beaux produits un cadeau parfait

Livraison et suivi ok. Vendeur réactif, mais produit inadapté à ma morphologie. Lunettes de vue correct et correspondante aux besoins mais trop petites ce qui ne me permet pas d’avoir une vision au centre des verres. Déçu sur ce dernier point et lunettes inutiles.

Je suis déçue par les articles que j’ai commandés.

excellente communication, au niveau du suivi de colis, et donc colis reçus assez rapidement, je recommande pour d'autres achats

J ai reçu ma commande et mon soutien gorge est trop grand. J ai envoyé un mail en demandant comment le retourner et me faire rembourser car je n aime pas vraiment ce modèle. Cela fait une poitrine énorme. Et j attends une réponse.

Bien reçu ce produit conforme à sa description. Aucun soucis.

Envoyer sans document, nom des graines? Mode d'empoi ?.....je les ai mises à germer??? Plus d'un mois, RIEN???
Pas du tout satisfaite pour le prix DEMANDER !!!!
