The worst service ever!!!

Je spullen komen niet of kapot aan!!

They are not carefull with your stuff, break your things and take no responsibility for it. I definetely do NOT recommend!!!

Bad service.

Very very bad company don’t use it at all. All my items are damaged. Not worth it. I don’t want that other people will have the same issue!!!!!!!

Slechte service. Tv was gebarsten, bank kapot en planten waren stuk geleverd. Dit is de slechtste verhuisbedrijf ever.

My move went really well! I moved from Germany to the Netherlands and had to change the move date several times--the team was always kind and responsive. The move itself was easy, no complaints whatsoever. The team packed my things quite well and disassembled my furniture. I also used their storage services for a month while I found my new home. On this side, the team was amazing--they unpacked quickly and put reassembled my furniture, despite the fact that this apartment has very narrow stairs and is much smaller than my last. Expat Moving was up front with all costs and extra fees (storage and the fact that I moved an hour away from where I originally anticipated). It was worth every penny.

One star because none is not allowed. Non-existent customer service. We paid for an international moving plus a storage service for a month. We found plenty of rat feces and urine, soaking wet boxes were undoing themselves, their content was soggy and smelly, many items were broken or chewed by rats. Together with a general mishandling. Our new home had been unsafe to live in for over a week.

We filed a complaint 2 months ago attaching several pictures of the huge damage we experienced, and nobody has never got back to us. We tried to call several times, they didn't answer: they've just disappeared. Please avoid.

These guys are so professional. Super quick and super reliable. Very safe as I had some expensive music albums vintage. Well done! Superteam.

The team made moving so easy, look no where else, the team arrived early morning, were so professional, polite, really helpful and unbelievable value. Honestly can’t believe how easy the moving team made it. I would recommend the packing service, take the hassle out of it.

Worst service ever. Very unprofessional. They broke several of my items during transportation and did not even reimbursed it. I even paid for additional insurance!!! They do not even reply to emails, nor pick up phone. Mark and Alex work in that company. They are fraudsters. They broke my dressing table mirror, washing machine and several plants and other items. Highly incompatible service.

Ik heb een verhuizing gehad van Den Haag naar Sorrento, ItaIië. Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de private & direct transport van Expat Moving Company. Fred was de voorman. Hij heeft met zijn collega binnen no time mijn inboedel ingeladen. Mijn piano moest via de trap omlaag, dit was absoluut geen probleem voor deze heren. De verhuiswagen was groot genoeg. Bedankt.
