Love them I have been struggling for a while with clasps. If I can get them on I cannot get them off before bed. These have made life so much easier. No more broken chains

Easy to use for aged pensioner with arthritis not to thick goes on easy

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered two small wallets. They never arrived... When I contacted them they told me that their shipper had delivered them and received a signature of acceptance.... which was an out and out LIE... they told me to check with my post office, which I did to no avail, and to check with my neighbors, which I also did, again to no avail.... So my advice is to NEVER buy anything from this company unless you enjoy flushing money down the drain

Order never arrived. After a month and a half I kept writing them for a refund and they refused. BEWARE! Scam store apparently. Reported them to PayPal.

I bought a pair of pants last year and they were excellent. The size was 7XL. They no longer offer that size. It was equivalent to a 2X in Canadian sizes. I now purchased another pair in black, which came size 5X. It did fit but tighter than the original 7X that I had purchased. The fabric was inferior to my first pair not as stretchy and the quality was not the same the second pair was cheaper than what I purchased my first one for just keep that in mind that you may not get the same quality as they used before.

Terrible customer service. Instead of helping to find my lost package I am now told to just order again. So I am out $300 and expedited shipping. Horrible!!

I ordered 2 pair of Womans track pants and paid $84NZDollars .They have not turned up and any contact I have made is of no use They just say check post office and neighbours ,They are not a bit interested which I have done ,In other words we have your money ,tuff
My advice would be DONT BUY FROM THIS CROWD

If you buy clothes online you cannot try them on. For this reason, a returns policy is appropriate.
I need to return items and they are refusing to take them back and refund me. I have reported them to AMEX.

I ordered a leather jacket May 4th. First they added $10.91 to my purchase charging me $58. Then it shows leaving from Ireland!! It is May 26th and still no jacket. I want a refund. This company is a fraud!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!

Should be 0! Paid $44 for 2 items that never came. Tracking had it coming from Portugal to USA, then no more tracking. 8 weeks and not delivered.
FRAUD

I ordered the beautiful washed leather jacket @$48 (round up) I received said Jacket (I ordered a Medium) when I tried it on, it was Wayyy too small. Looking for "return policy" info because I do in fact like the product, just want to return for a larger size. I decided to read the "customer reviews" & read a post very similar to my issue (too small) & I have a very strong suspicion that I'm outta my money, looking at a jacket that I LOVE that I can't fit!!! I will never, ever order from the company again and if I were you, I wouldn't either!!

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a dress on line and it looked nothing like the picture. Will never buy from this company again.

I order a beautiful purple lamb skin jacket. I ordered a 3x and was sent a small. I tried to contact company to exchange for the right size. I reordered the jacket in a 3 x . The jacket arrived but no return address. This jacket might be a large or x large definitely not. 3x. Now I have two jackets that don’t fit and still no address to return them. Not a satisfied customer. Will not be ordering from these people again and will not encourage anyone to order from this company

I want people to know this is not an American company.
I ordered to pairs of soft cloud pants iam a med so I ordered large to be safe when they arrived they didn’t even close to fit in fact they didn’t fit my mother who is 110 lbs.
When I asked to return the product for another size or a refund I was told it would cost to much to return and was offered $3 American and told to have a happy life

Bought them for my 7 month old granddaughter who has very large thighs. These are perfect soft and comfy easy to get on and off. Mama very happy makes grandma extremely happy!

All three shirts fit perfect and are good quality. Very good and soft material. This is definitely a brand you can trust that the product photos are the actual items.
