Everyone with Experience It Tours made sure that our trip to Morocco was unforgettable. They were excellent at listening to our needs and making sure that we had the best trip possible. Their attention to detail, ease of communication, transparent pricing and explanation of everything we were booking made our planning easy! Everything they organized for us, from lodging, to transportation, guides, destinations, side stops and all the small details that can make or break a trip, was wonderful. Our driver Mohammad made us feel welcome, safe and secure. We gained a trusted friend in Mohammad. We left this rich country changed for the better and highly recommend the service they provided!

The 9 day tour we took was extremely well organized. It really took all of the edge off of traveling and we got to see so much more than we would have without such arrangements. Our driver was fantastic and handled everything.

The tour was excellent and everything was very well organized. Could not have asked for more. We highly recommend using Experience It Tours and ask for Khalid for your driver. A great “experience”Morocco is fascinating. So much to see and do. We’d rate this trip more than 10/10!

They did everything they could for us. We felt safe and educated. We loved the Riads, all the sites we visited, and Rasheed (our driver) explained many historical facts and the cultural sites we saw along the way (i.e. sheep going to market on the top of a VW van). We were exposed to music, many forms of art, the Muslim religion, medical advances, and the foray into the Sarah desert was unforgettable.

I truly don't know where to begin with Morocco.
It was magnificent.
We had many highlights.
Being able to get to the Blue City, Chefchaouen, was great and thanks to Jill and yourself for making that occur.
All of the Medinas were superb and without having our separate guides, I'm sure we would still be winding our way through each of them without their assistance
Of course the Riads, what an experience they were, especially when you consider that one of them was originally built in 1347
The food was tremendous. The different Tajines we had were all exquisite.
Our driver, Oussama, was an extraordinary person with his knowledge of many items throughout the trip, which made it extremely pleasant.
He still keeps in touch with us often.
Your company's service from start to finish was most excellent. I'm not sure how you put up with all my emails and many, many questions, however it worked out fabulously.
When we left Morocco and went to Barcelona to start our cruise, we thought how wonderful Morocco was and would recommend it to anyone for the experience of not having to be in a bus with 30 other individuals or waiting for stragglers to get on board.
During our cruise, we spoke very highly to many people about Experience It Tours and that it is the only way to travel having your own driver.
Many of them said that they were going to check it out and hopefully they have.
Being at home now for almost 3 weeks and having left Morocco more than a month ago, my wife and I still speak highly of it.

We’re very happy we chose Experince It Tours. They helped plan a wonderful 16 day trip that we’ll never forget. Our driver Tarik was superb. He was not only an excellent driver but took exceptional care of us in many many ways. When we wanted to change the itinerary slightly or change our route, nothing was too much trouble. Same with the office.

We are just back from a wonderful 12-day tour of Morocco with Experience It Tours. We took the opportunity to visit Gibraltar prior to our trip so were picked up by our driver Tarik from the ferry terminal at Tanger Med. We didn’t know it then but Tarik is not only a dependable and reliable driver, but he also has connections with very knowledgeable guides and was able to accommodate our meal requests. If you travel with Tarik to Merzouga, make sure you ask him about the pizza place in Erfoud!

The Experience It team in the US was very efficient with our booking and was able to add our specific requests for an excursion to Akchour and the God's Bridge from Fes, a bicycle ride in Skoura, and a day trip to Ouzoud Falls from Marrakech. Tarik arranged local guides for these activities that increased our local knowledge and kept us safe. Ouzoud Falls is not to be missed and worthy of a day trip. While there was less water in the cascades during our May trip, it was still spectacular.

The riads selected by Experience It were well picked, with our favourite being the Riad Salema in Fes with its courtyard gardens. If you sip mint tea long enough when enjoying the courtyard WiFi, the house cat and turtle might come by for a visit. The desert glamping experience at the end of a sunset camel ride in Merzouga was very memorable.

I've had the pleasure of traveling to Morocco five times and Experience It Tours' agent Aaron Johnson has worked with me every time. From my first contact with the company over a decade ago, I have been pleased with the responses, planning, advice, and knowledge of EIT and I've always been happy with accommodations, city guides, restaurants, etc.
The best part of my experiences in Morocco has been getting to know driver Rachid Mekaoui - who is a consummate professional and always looks out for his clients.
My trips have allowed me to experience most of the country and I would highly recommend working with this company.

My husband and I always plan our international trips. But given what we wanted to see & the number of miles to travel in Morocco, we decided to use a tour guide. We chose Moroccan Tours (aka Experience It Tours) based upon their professionalism, experience, and detailed responses to our inquiries. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision. Our accommodations were lovely; some were spectacular, another absolute perfection. The local guides were knowledgeable and friendly. But the icing on the cake was our guide/driver Ilyass.

The moment we met Ilyass at the airport we knew we were in qualified hands with sompne we could trust to resolve any issues should they arise (they didn’t). Intelligent, professional, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Morocco (history, infrastructure, architecture, geography), we nicknamed him The Professor. He was very friendly with a great personality and he was greeted favorably by people every place we went. He’s like an ambassador for the country. He was not only our guide & driver but a gem that became a good friend who made our Moroccan adventure very special, even better than expected.

Some of the highlights of the trip include visiting a Berber family in their home, our stay in a Merzouga camp where we did a sunset camel ride and the giant dunes of Erg Chebbi, the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, the medinas in Fes, Rissani & Marrakech, a hammam and all the wonderful Moroccan people we met during our trip. An extra special bonus was meeting some of Ilyass’ family.

Moroccan Tours did an amazing job organizing our trip, and we can’t imagine a better tour company for Morocco. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome trip to Morocco. We picked Experience It since we wanted a private tour catered to our needs. We had a good booking experience, and the communications leading up to the trip were great. Experience It is on the expensive side, but the trip was well organized.

Our driver, Tarik, was very friendly and took great care of us. He was prompt, very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. He was thoughtful and catered to any requests we had. It felt as if a friend was showing their country to us.

The accommodations were good, we loved the Riad experience. The restaurants that Tarik took us to gave us a good flavor of Moroccan cuisine. He made sure there was variety in the type of restaurants as well, so we were not eating the same kind of food all the time.

The city tour guides were informative and they all spoke English very well. They answered all the questions we had. We didn’t have any issues communicating with the locals either, even though most of them spoke Arabic and French, they would communicate in English with us.

Morocco has a rich culture and we loved experiencing it, enjoyed the art, the culture and the history of the country. The locals were warm and we found the country’s infrastructure was up-to-date to support tourism. The roads were good, the gas stations had good facilities, the restrooms were clean, and the food-stops had good food choices.

We arrived at the Tangier airport on October 26, 2022. Our driver, Tarik, was there to meet us. He was very friendly and so helpful. He carried our bags to our vehicle and we were off to our first stop. Our itinerary included: Tangier, Chefchaouen, Volubilis, Meknes, Fes, Middle Atlas Mountains, Erfoud., Rissani, Sahara Desert (a camel ride and a night in a Berber tent-yeah!), Todra Gorges, Skoura, Ouarzazate, High Atlas Mountains, Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat.

During our 12 days in Morocco, Tarik was always there to help us and answer any questions. We exchanged mobile phone information on Whats App so we could communicate easily at any time. We needed several bathroom stops along the way and he knew where the clean restrooms were and nice places to have lunch. Tarik was always pleasant, upbeat, helpful, and on-time for every day of our trip. His command of English was very good, and he was always concerned for our safety and comfort. Tarik became more than our guide, he became our friend. We always knew he had our best interests in mind.

In addition to all these wonderful characteristics, Tarik is an extraordinary driver! He was able to maneuver our 7 passenger Mercedes van through some of the most congested traffic either of us had ever seen! Traffic consisted of cars, PEOPLE walking everywhere, “dreaded” scooters and mopeds weaving all over, sometimes donkeys with carts, tiny vehicles such as tuk-tuks, and traffic “rules” where staying in designated lanes seems to be only a suggestion! He managed all this without having an accident or fender bender. We are grateful that we didn't have to drive, as we would have been a nervous wreck at the end of the day.

Thanks to Tarik, our 12 days in Morocco were very memorable. We miss him already!

One suggestion, if you have the time, is to try to arrange your itinerary with 2 nights in each stop/location. We felt the pace was a bit much, having to pack up and move from the riads/hotels after just one night. Sometimes we did not arrive until early evening and couldn't enjoy some of the wonderful amenities at some of the properties (pool, spa, gardens, scenery, etc.). We typically needed to leave the next morning right after breakfast, so were unable to completely take it all in. Even those stops with 2 nights were filled with extensive local guided tours which ended up being nearly all day. Some down time would have been welcomed. If you can't take the extra time (days), consider limiting the number of stops/locations to allow at least a 2-night stay in each. Just our two cents input. I know we were compelled to “see as much as we could” (there is definitely so much to see), but sometimes quality is better than quantity.

We'd recommend Morocco Tours/Experience It Tours. We have traveled to many places over the past 30+ years, typically all self-arranged and independently toured. In fact we spent 14 days in several parts of Spain prior to our arrival in Morocco- all done on our own. However, I determined with language, cultural, and logistical challenges, the best option was to hire professionals to coordinate and guide us for efficiency, security, and a worry -free experience. We feel we made the best choice for sure!

Experience It Tours - Traveling to Morocco on a private tour was the best decision ever! At the onset we found the team highly professional, very responsive, and easy to work with. Jeff Wilson, Amy and team arranged every detail to ensure we had the most memorable Morocco trip, and they succeeded on every level. The team recommended outstanding accommodations unique to Morrocco. Every Riad, Kasbah, and desert accommodation was breathtakingly beautiful and allowed us to immerse in the culture. The restaurant choices were top notch and food was delicious and plentiful! While the trip was perfectly planned, the highlight was meeting our fabulous driver and tour guide, Wahid at the Casablanca airport. We immediately bonded with him. He was so knowledgeable of the country and culture, and shared this with us throughout the trip. He was an extremely capable and safe driver, and always caring and flexible to ensure our trip exceeded all expectations! We looked forward to meeting up with Wahid every morning of our 11 day Trip for the adventures of the day and especially enjoyed his sense of humor! He always went that extra mile to make our trip so special - from choosing the restaurant seats in advance with the best view, assisting us with purchasing special handmade gifts to bring home, and taking us to some very special stops on our drive- particularly one to meet a local nomad family along the road to see their home and share in their warm hospitality. Wahid seemed to know everyone throughout our travels and we felt extremely safe with him. I would highly recommend Experience It Tours and particularly Wahid - first class team all the way, from beginning to end of our trip! Also want to add that Morocco is a beautiful country and the people are so warm and friendly.

Very easy to correspond with/speak to their agent. We modified the last couple days of our tour, and a new hotel, a change in itinerary, and cancellation of the previous reservations was performed quickly and easily.
Great tour guide/driver. The tour was customized to our desires. Great accommodations and food.

This has been my best experience ever from start to finish.
From day one when we had the initial contact on instructions and downpayment it’s been phenomenal.
The staff met us promptly on arrival.
Abdel the Tour Manager is a history buff, he is knowledgeable , hilarious, caring and very protective. Along with other staff : Mohammed ,our wonderful drivers who made our large party feel like family.
The itinerary was thoughtfully and tastefully put together to maximize the experience.
All the places we visited, ate and of course shopped were outstanding as we were able to soak in the sounds, smells ,beauty ,tastes & understand the history of this great nation.

We just returned from a 12-Day tour of Morocco. It was the trip of a lifetime. My son and I had a marvelous time. Our driver, Kahlid, was wonderful and accommodated every request....even pizza in the High Atlas! The local guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. Highlights for us included the markets of Fes, camel rides and camping in the desert and our tour of Marrakech. Accommodations were lovely and every city was different from the last. Morocco is a magical country and we would love to go back. Experience It Tours was great to work with and helped to craft an itinerary that was perfect for us.

How do you capture in words a country as varied and glorious as Morocco? All of it…from the frenzy and humanity of the medinas and the indescribable beauty of Chechaouen indigo, to the mouth-watering tagines and open smiles of the Moroccan people…will linger eternally in our memories. I cannot say enough positive things about Expereience It and our trip. Experience It was amazing. When I got ill, Jill came to visit me every day and rearranged our trip for us several times to maximize our ability to see everything despite getting ill and needing to stay at the riad for longer than expected. The staff at Riad Myra were warm, accommodating, and could not have been nicer. Riad Myra is beautiful and the food was delicious. We ended up being there for 6 days and the staff felt like family by the end. Every meal was delicious and the food never got repetitive. On to our driver; He is a lovely human being who made it his job to take care of us and make sure that our trip was wonderful. He took us on amazing backroads while listening to his fantastic playlist. He anticipated our every need and even arranged for a delicious cake for my birthday. All in all, this was a fabulous trip that could not have happened without Experience It. I've already recommended it to friends and I cannot wait to go back with Experience It.
