SHOCKING! I purchased Al Pacino Glasgow tickets back in 2022. I have been in touch with the company several times regarding my refund and have either been given excuses or ignored. I am still waiting on a response from my last email in February. After spending upwards of £1300 for the VIP tickets, this experience has caused nothing but stress and I will be taking this further with legal action. The company details written by themselves on Trustpilot states that they make dreams a reality - the reality has been nothing but a nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought 3 tickets for An Experience with Al Pacino in Dublin to take place in 2022 that never did. Told last year that refund was being processed. It never was. Today they are saying they are “unable to issue any monetary refunds”. This is hundreds of euros they’ve kept without ever rescheduling the event.

I am still waiting for further information regarding my refund for the cancelled Al Pacino event. Despite sending multiple emails—always polite and including all the necessary details—I am no longer receiving any response.

It is very disappointing, especially since I initially considered this a correct and reliable company. It now seems that the focus is solely on announcing new artists and launching new events, while previous customers—who will now certainly not return—are being ignored.

Very unfortunate. To future ticket buyers: be cautious and think twice before purchasing, even if your favorite star is hosting a masterclass. This company appears to care more about money than customer service, and events can apparently be cancelled without proper follow-up or communication.

Consider this a warning.

Avoid! We booked tickets for Sugar Ray Leonard, which was postponed and then eventually cancelled.
Have emailed on numerous occasions and despite promises of a refund still no refund! Since I’ve posted this, they have now made the refund (today) but took months as the event was postponed to October in May and then cancelled so 6 months to process a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am another customer that has been scammed regarding the Al Pacino event in London that should have taken place in November 2022 and then it was postponed to April 2023 and after that only silence!!

A whole year ago I did require refund of almost £1,400 but I got a lot of different bad excuses and 3rd April 2025 I was told another time that it was ongoing...

I can't understand how this scam company can continue running those events with the extremely bad reputation they got - and especially it's impossible to understand why they act like this when they are cooperating with such honourable actors and superstars!!

Now I'm going to take legal actions....

Do not recommend! Like many reviewers here, I bought 2 tickets to Al Pacino back in 2022 but the event was 'postponed' and they gave me an option to either receive credit for another event or refund- I asked for a refund and still nothing! 3+ years later! They would give no substantial updates or ask you to take it up with your bank directly but as the bank will not see the event as 'cancelled' they also cannot issue a refund. Clever way to keep hold of customer's money for this large event!!! Shame on you AEW.

3 years waiting my husband and I are waiting for a refund of over a thousand pounds for a show with Al Pacino in Dublin that was reschuled and then subsequently cancelled. Terrible company just blames event bright who in turn sends the complaint to an experience with. If show go ahead well and good but if they are postponed say goodbye to your money.

In 2019, I had the incredible opportunity to meet my childhood idol, Arnold Schwarzenegger. For that, I will always be grateful. The events they promote and organize are truly special.

Must admit i had an issue regarding a purchase i made with this company. However, when i made them aware of this they done the decent thing and refunded me. Cant ask for much more than that.

Bought Al Pacino event off them 3 and a half years ago that was cancelled and still no refund and been trying constantly to get this sorted and get no where with them. Just passed around

One star is 1 too many. Paid for VIP for Sugar Ray Leonard and it never happened. No refund (half an offer of a refund that never materialised). This guy should be avoided at all costs as the likelihood is that you’ll never see your money again. Even the Facebook page where people have written their experience with ‘an experience with’ has now gone. Theft is what it seems….plain and simple.

Same story....I am another customer who has not received a refund for the cancelled Al Pacino event in Birmingham, 30th April 2023. I have emailed them countless times. They either ignore you or fob you off wiht excuses presumably hoping you'll give up! They have been called out at least twice on BBC's Watchdog programme for failing to refund their customers.

Mike Tyson event dated 04/12/2025 was a mediocre event at best. Was no way near a “world class” event. Such an event will have less than 5 complaints if it were world-class. The food was medium quality, cheap and cheerful. The waiter and waitress service was good, shame it did not reflect the food in the same way. Jazz music and singer were decent. There was no queue system for people who had purchased a expensive Premium Photo Package vs Standard Photo. The premium holders still had to stand for a long time. We all queued up and no crowd control in place. There was no first-in line for Premium ticket holders. They lie in their marketing to make you feel special so you can purchase the ticket, but when you get to the event, you are not treated as a VIP at all. The entire experience was to be a VIP not just at the table. You are paying for an "Experience". NO SIGNED MONTAGE FRAME was given. Apparently, the frames had finished which means they were not ordered in the first place. Probably only a few were ordered. This is false/deceptive advertising. If you notice, all emails by the company have no name of customer service members. The person behind those emails is the CEO himself. Ticket Buyers who feel cheated can make formal complaints to Trading Standards. People who bought Al-Pacino tickets and still waiting for refund, I suggest submitting a claim form in the County Court in UK. It is not hard, just spend a few hours online to figure out how to do it. No one should ever take advantage of people hard-earned money. When the County Court receives multiple claim forms for this company, they will grant you a refund plus legal costs. This company ignores emails to frustrate customers. They deliberate do it so that you give up and never contact them again, it is a classic tactic. You have 6 years to claim for money + compensation + legal preparation costs from the county court from the date of the official complaint made to the company. Please read Section 15 of the Consumer Act 2015. Read the entire legislation. This company does not investigate any complaint. They just reply to Trustpilot reviews to give an illusion to readers that they are looking into the matter but they have no integrity or interest. Just google the ceo name and you will discover news which will help you understand his persona. There is no excuse for not preparing the event to a high standard, if you cannot do it, you should not be running one in the first place.

We are in exactly the same position as I see many people have already posted about. Bought tickets for the Al Pacino event about 2 years ago. The event was cancelled and we have yet to receive a refund. We have chased many times and initially got generic responses such as it being under review and awaiting process. No response to the most recent emails sent though (save for the automated response - so they are definitely receiving the emails). Be careful before booking an event with them. If it doesn’t go ahead, you’ll be out of pocket.

Worse experience I have ever experienced by a company. I bought two tickets to see Al Pacino in 2022. Spent £1000 with photo for my older brothers birthday. This event was ‘postponed’ and moved to the following year. It was yet again ‘postponed’ and have never happened. My money has never been refunded. I haven’t been able to call anyone just through messenger where I keep getting told there’s no update on my refund due to legal reasons. 4 years and still no refund for an event that has never happened!! This is a warning that his company is still operating and do not refund their customers unless the famous person cancels. It’s not fair that I have never had money back and they have held my £1000 and without reason not received my money back. They are still operating and taking money from other people. I couldn’t even get a charge back via Amex because the ticket company they used Eventbrite haven’t ever cancelled the ever and so can hold my money indefinitely.

Should be a zero rating. My nephew and his partner bought tickets for In Experience with Al Pacino in May 2023. Concert was cancelled and they were robbed off with supposed rescheduling, which had br er happened. Out of time to get a bank chargeback (which is obviously why they fob you off) and Eventbrite not interested either. This company are a disgrace - deal with them at your peril.

A world-class event in Dublin with Mike Tyson. The entire experience felt premium from start to finish. The team were extremely organised, communication was clear, and everything ran smoothly on the day.

The photo opportunity was handled brilliantly and the staff made everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

Lets do not forget the private meet and greet with Mike Tyson we had a chance to ask him questions and get signed items by him !

We attended the Mike Tyson event in Dublin as a family with our 4-year-old son, and it was honestly an unbelievable experience. We had VIP Platinum tickets with the photo package, and everything from start to finish was perfectly organised.

The personal meet and greet before the main event was truly once in a lifetime — meeting Mike Tyson up close was something we will never forget. The staff were absolutely amazing with our little boy, so friendly, patient, and welcoming.
