Our timeframes are very short and often unreasonable but E360 are incredibly responsive and do 2 things well. 1. They understand the brief so they align the resource to the brief rather than just generic strategy consultants which is very frustrating
2. They work hard to distill very quickly 2-3 resources which takes out a huge amount of time and within 24-48 hours you have a rich understanding of the talent pool available to start

No communication, no jobs
This site is complete rubbish. How can urgent consulting projects remain on the site with "Reviewing Applications" remarks 6 months later.
This is a complete waste of your time, do not use this site.

It looks like every consultant who has tried to use this platform has had a very similar experience. I've applied to a number of roles over several years, more so now out of curiosity to see if they improve the process with the millions of dollars that Expert360 has raised. Quick summary - they haven't.
I suspect they are burning through the cash they have raised, or there's a secondary hidden platform that exists where real jobs are matched privately with select consultants in a personalised manner and this is what keeps the business going.
If you're a new consultant looking for leads / jobs, I would not plan on getting any work from Expert360.

I would give this website zero if I could.
This site is a total waste of time and often advertise jobs that don't even exist, which I think they do just to build up the amount of experts on the site.
The vast majority of jobs on offer are targeted at people who have worked for the big four management consultancies but at least 60% of the jobs advertised that you apply for you will receive a message that states, 'Sorry, but the client decided to cancel that piece of work'. I am not convinced it even existed in the first place.
If you do secure an interview then someone in a Third World country with poor English and a bad phone line will attempt to interview you, which is farcical because they don't even understand the role themselves.
Finally, if a client doesn't pay you, which happened to me on more than one occasion, they adopt the 'Pontius Pilate' attitude and wash their off hands of the matter and will give you zero support. You have to take the matter to court, which can be an expensive and drawn out process.
Don't bother with this site. You will never get any work.
