I was recommended Expert Collections by a business associate, and they did not disappoint.

I had an outstanding debt for nearly a year with no progress. After instructing them, they recovered the balance very quickly with minimal input required from me.

What really sets them apart is their commercial model. I did not have to pay anything upfront, and their costs were recovered from the debtor. This is a significant advantage compared to other agencies that charge setup fees and then take a percentage on recovery.

The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the outcome exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again and would confidently recommend them to others.

Terrible , tried to chase me for a payment which was already paid , swerve these at all cost as they don’t do there homework

Having always undertaken my own debt enforcement or legal proceedings in the past, which are always stressful and time consuming, a trusted partner recommended Expert Collections.
I had the artilery and just needed the amo, and Expert Collections certainly supplied that!

We have used Expert Collections on numerous occasions for debt collection. Gary and the team are absolutely fantastic, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. All the collection's have been 100% retrievable and we have been paid for old debt when we thought it was dead in the water. We have recommended Expert to others and will continue to do so.
If you are in doubt I highly suggest you just make the call and you will be surprised by the outcome.

Excellent Company to deal with. Super simple process to list debt and zero collection fees. Honestly couldn't have been easier and wish I'd signed up with these guys to collect an outstanding debt sooner!

Unfortunately this company accepted a claim and began proceedings but couldn't continue once the client had solicitor support. Questions and attempted answers at unclear requests were met with a rude phone call. Apparently this company is only good for claims that take less than 3 letters and 3 phone calls which is standard practice? No compassion for our position, no advice given just a rude attitude because we requested clarity on a matter that we didn't understand. I doubt by engaging this company you are onboarding "experts". Seems more like bare minimum collections. Most importantly, if a claim cannot be continued, rude phone calls are not necessary. Our Claim will likely be lost due to their lack of ability to understand our position and provide clear guidelines as to what is required and what is within their capabilities. "Expert collections" where you as the customer is expected to be the expert?! Go elsewhere.

I would not recommend Expert Collections. I had to repeatedly chase them for updates, they had little interest in collecting the money I was owed and they closed the case without even collecting the debt. They wouldn’t cooperate with the debtor who was repeatedly blackmailing me to close the case in order for them to pay me (I still haven’t been paid). Karen was very rude on the phone and incredibly short and unprofessional via email.

This company are fantastic at collecting debts. We have used on them on several occasions and in each case, they have been successful. Thoroughly recommend them
