I found my experience with McKenna Wucherpfennig to be very supportive and proactive. I had been asked to be an expert witness in a case that started in December, 2021. When McKenna got involved she pursued the client in a way that eventually got the client and me on our introductory call.
Since it was so long since I provided my answers to the expert questions I needed a copy of my responses prior to the call. McKenna provided me the responses so I could be prepared for the call.
McKenna's follow up after the call showed me she was still supporting me through the process.

I've been retained 6 times. The system for getting the correct expert connected for the proper cases works well. I've also turned down many cases that I did not feel were a good fit for my expertise.

The software is good, but it asks the user to reenter from scratch a lot of information sections that are present in my CV. This retyping is not a good use of professional time so I gave up after a while. If you want this info to be available for your database, you should enter it from the CV and not ask the consultant to do this.

You should provide the data I've given you to the attorney's office. I've now been asked by that office to provide multiple items I've already entered into your website, like my address and then later my CV. What is the utility of providing all of this information on your website when you just have to send it again to someone else?
