Communication was great. Being new to the expert witness arena I would have liked more assistance with generating retainer letters to be used between the lawyers and myself. I spent hours researching on proper verbiage but I am still nervous if I protected myself fully.

They found me! Yes, I have acted as an expert witness many times in the past; but, I am trying to retire and not take any cases. The Expert Institute found me, sent an email with basic information about the case, and peaked my interest. After a short telephone call with the attorneys, I was retained. It was simple and cost me nothing.

As an expert, I find it takes more time for me to give my initial thoughts than it would over the phone directly to a lawyer. It's also difficult to give initial thoughts without photos or knowing the jurisdiction. Other than that, it has been a great experience interacting with Expert Institute. Thank you!
