After using the wrong company and receiving the wrong part over a long period on an emergency type order for a customer, i contacted the CONNECTOR EXPERTS in a short (1DAY) period, they solved my problem, sent me the correct part and now i have a very happy customer,

I used this site one time and the advice I was given did not work after following everything I was told. They do not give pricing information up-front and they charged me $5 to hook me up with a supposed "Expert" and $39 for the consultation. Again, the advice did not work. Everything the "Expert" told me -- I already had knowledge of. I do not recommend using these "Experts", however, you may find someone who can actually help you depending on the type of help you are seeking. My advice would be to check with local dealers in your area about the problem you are having. That way you will bypass this site and save yourself some money. Dealers in your area will possibly give you the information you are seeking free of charge. When you put in your credit card information you need to read the small print at the bottom of the form. It tell you that you are signing up with a membership and they will continue charging you $39 until you cancel. It is difficult to cancel, but I researched until I figured it out. This website is affiliated with JustAnswer.com. You have to go here to cancel. You will need to log in to the site to cancel. If you didn't setup and account as I did not you will need to go to the login page, put your user name in (usually your email address. Click on forgot your password and they will send an email to your email address to reset your password. Once you do this you will be able to navigate to the cancel you subscription section. At this point it is much easier and you will be able to cancel your membership at this point.
