My name is Bill Rosser. I am the owner and operator of Bill Rosser Painting and Remodeling. Most of my work comes from repeat business and referrals. But I have to keep a steady stream of new clients joining my list of satisfied customers because of attrition. Customers move and sadly some pass away. My main source of new leads has been print advertising but it is starting to fade away. I had a simple website mainly to point customers to example of my work. Simple and effective for it’s purpose. But I have never got any new leads.

So after careful consideration I hired Experts Web Design to redesign my website and gear it towards bringing in new clients. The look and feel of the website is awesome. I worked closely with Michael Velasquez. They designed the GUI and I wrote most of the content and supplied pictures of my work. They even supplied some awesome stock photos as a value added service to the project. They were on time and did everything as promised. Now they are working on SEO to bring me up in local search results here in North Central Texas. I’ll write another review geared towards SEO at a future date yet to be determined.
But, I can tell you they are a legitimate company and have delivered as promised so far. I recommend them to anyone who is on the fence.

Spent time and money and received nothing in return. I’ve waited MONTHS for t shirts. They used ai generators for all their logos and the website design was not up to modern feels and all around bad experience. They only called and reached out if they were just gonna sell me something to spend more money. I couldn’t understand why they would never get on a zoom call and always said they would. They never sent me SEO reports unless I asked for them. Wasn’t impressed with the numbers anyways. I also NEVER saw any social media posts from the calendars they promised. I’m only asking what they had to offer and paid and was left with barely anything. Still waiting on apparel and business cards that I spent 1500$ on. Super poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless they really change after this review. 1/5 for me. Only doing 1 cause Henry which is no longer there actually reached out a lot and took care of questions. But it never felt like I was part of a team. That’s all people want. We sign and you deliver. That’s all we want from marketing and website design companies then you’d be suprised how much money would be thrown at you.

Well these guys are very very patient and professional.
And definitely went the extra miles it took to help me navigate and communicate with them.
Being a 20+year master plumber I work in a different world.
I'm not computer savvy or even close but these guys stuck with me for weeks off and on and on.
To achieve a solid good looking website.That could be extremely simple and direct when you are presented with a plumbing emergency or planning updates.

After going through 3 different web designer companies that charged me a ton of money for some useIess website I finally came across these guys. I can now say that I love my Bare Elegant website. I am truly happy with their service! Kevin the project manager made sure everything went as I wanted. I also spoke to his colleagues Anthony and Mark when Kevin was away they were all very helpful! my families and friends loved my website as well, it's beautiful and very professionally done. I had things changed over 100x and the guys were all so patient and helpful every time. I recommend these guys for your website needs.

They made a good website for me , My project manager was Henry and he was pretty helpful and answered all my questions. However I felt like they became pushy towards the end and tried to sell more and more , for some reason they sold me handicap thing so website can be accessible by any disabled people, i think is a good feature but I don’t think it was needed .
Anyways I would recommend this company as they have meet my expectations with the website designing .

I have been working with EWD for few months now and I am so impressed by their responsiveness and friendliness. Kevin was my project manager for a logo and website design and development using WordPress. He was very responsive (through their project management tool, phone calls, texts, and emails) and most of my edits/ changes/ iterations were completed within one business day despite our time difference. A few times a couple changes were missed that I had to follow up on, but given how quickly things were produced it's understandable.
I was also working with an extremely small budget for the logo and website and am quite impressed with Kevin's attentiveness, service, and the overall results! I recommend that you specifically request him to handle your work.

This company is very deceptive , manipulative and full of lies, they burned me last 7 months, you get nothing from them except pain.
