Horrible accusatory staff, poor experience
Upon being told of a free trial code of this host to test with a demo, I was kicked out of my account and then told by staff I was banned. Then they told me to not ever use this host again, and was accused of using a VPN to avoid bans. That was my first ever experience of going onto their website...
This is both the first and last time I interact with this business. Enough with the fake promises of free trial! Apart from the staff being rude (they just want your money by banning anyone who uses the free trial code), the website was poor and looked untrustworthy, the uptime page showed significant DOWNTIME, and even the billing was by a sketchy free system instead of the trusted paid options used by other trustworthy hosts like DedicatedMC or Pebblehost.
Finally, the reason why I found this host was through Trustpilot. Imagine my shock when I found out that they were rated a decent 4+ stars on trustpilot, but list a 5/5 perfect score on their website which is just deceiving.
I want to never ever see or deal with this company again, and would recommend everyone stay away. Want proof? Just go onto their website.
Edit of review: theyâve just lied and did a another misleading response. I can personally be 100% sure that I myself have done NOTHING to any of their servers. Whether or not other people have done inappropriate things on their demo servers I have no idea - but it has nothing to do with me. Theyâve ALSO just tried to request a transaction ID and get âmore infoâ as if my review was fake. Like I stated earlier, my account was just banned (as soon as I signed up!) - there was NO demo server provided to me (and hence no transaction ID, no payment, no emails, anything), hence me calling them a scam/they just want your money by lying about demos.

this review is misleading and omits crucial facts. For transparency, hereâs what actually happened.
⢠You were given a free demo with clear limits: 2 GB RAM, 2 vCores, 32 GB storage and a 24-hour runtime. That demo exists so people can explore the panel and test basic systems such as ping not to run abusive workloads.
⢠Within minutes you began intentionally abusing the demo environment. Our server logs show repeated commands to allocate very large files (for example fallocate -l 32G and attempts at fallocate -l 320G), which if not for our systems would have filled and corrupted the container. That is deliberate resource abuse.
⢠Because you repeatedly exceeded the demo limits and attempted to circumvent restrictions, we terminated the demo immediately. That is not âkicking someone out for no reasonâ it is standard enforcement of our terms to protect other users.
⢠After the demo was ended you tried to reuse the same promo code again. Our records show attempts to re-create accounts with the same trial code after access was removed. That is an attempt to circumvent a ban and a direct violation of our policies.
⢠Your claim that we âjust want your moneyâ is false. We do not tolerate behaviour that deliberately harms our systems or wastes staff time. We offered a legitimate trial and you turned it into an attack on our resources.
⢠On uptime and the status page: we experienced an isolated datacenter incident which briefly impacted some services. Our SLA guarantees and monitoring remain in effect and we have taken steps with the data center to prevent recurrence. You can review live history on our status site.
⢠On billing: we use paymenter, a recognised billing system that is open source and that we directly contribute to, nothing âsketchyâ about our checkout process. If you believe you paid and have a transaction to prove it, open a support ticket with the payment ID and weâll investigate, otherwise this account was a demo/test and terminated for abuse.
Because this review came from an account that was given a limited demo and then terminated for deliberate abuse, we have reported it to Trustpilot for removal on that basis. If you genuinely had a paid order and want to resolve a real billing or access problem, provide a transaction ID and weâll look into it. Otherwise this post misrepresents the situation and will be removed.
We wonât be providing further service to anyone who repeatedly abuses trial resources or attempts to circumvent restrictions.
