Bad software. Even worse customer service.

I'm not gonna waste my time describing how bad this software is. Trust me, it doesn't deliver what it promises.

The problem is even worse. I paid 30 dollars up front to try it. Alright.

But explee kept billing me without my approval. Nowhere I opted in for this pay-as-you-go model.

I want a refund of 60 dollars.

While the product work somehow ,but their charging card automatically is weird and scammy ... Even if I will set a budget they will work something out to send me a charge, I planned using. Only $20 and ended up spending $64 due to these reasons even after closing down everything I somehow managed to spend another $1 ...

Interface is misleading, it does'nt work as expected.... no way of cancelling credit card once added.

Very bad software. The software sends out emails even without my approval. If I do not have time to approve the leads it starts the campaign anyway in 2 hours. Caused bad reputation. Very dissatisfied.

Useless for non-English markets — total waste of $30

Gave Explee a shot for a cold campaign targeting the Hungarian market. Spent $30 and got literally zero leads out of it.

The biggest issue—which they don't warn you about beforehand—is that emails are sent out using generic English sender names. If you're pitching to Hungarian businesses, getting a pitch from an English name instantly screams spam or a translation scam. People just delete it on spot.

You can't change the sender names, you can't hook up your own localized email domain, and there's zero customization to fix this.

If you're running outreach outside the US/UK or in a market where localized trust actually matters, don't bother. It’s completely rigid and turned out to be a complete waste of money.

Set up looks good and start off looking like it has plenty of leads to mail.
However it doesn't do a very good job of explaining what it is going to do and what it proposes for your business outreach.
This then results in bizarre conversations where you get a reply but find out it's offered something your company doesn't do to some random person.
It also claims almost any reply is a "hot lead" even when it clearly isn't.
I guess it could be good if it was a little saner but it feels like it's just scatterbombing people with spammy emails, one reply spotted the AI slop immediately.
It also makes up lots of different names for people from your company which is weird.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. I'm facing technical problems or problems with my account. The company charged me double for credits which I didn't intend to buy and now they avoid conversation. Not recommended.
