Explodely wanted me to give more details on a particular situation that I didn't have the purchase order number. I hit the wrong button and it sent without me giving more detail. So this is my response to them pick one, because there's so many to choice from. It has gotten so bad that now just watching a presentation online before it's even over. My biggest gripe is they aren't screening these clowns who give a whole 30 to 50min presentation, on how this money is already in your account waiting for you to just push that purchase button and go to the next page enter your banking info and boom the money is in your account. Then when u unfortunately purchase it, there's no more mention of anything that was said in the presentation. The clown then tries to explain some outdated system that u are suppose to market and make money. That by itself should tell the person to ask for a refund, because if it wasn't good enough to do an honest presentation on, then how in the hell are you suppose to make a miracle out of it?? Exaactly!! You can't. They can't. Now either explodely doesn't see that or they don't care. Because Stevie Wonder could even see that was a sham. Plenty of those are presented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Or the one that says if you don't get this because i'm only selling this one time and next week u see the same damn presentation then I guess they found something similar. NOT!!!! This is the big one. I purchased one that had so many upsales, after telling you that what you are purchasing will make big money. But the upsell says if you don't purchase this, ur up S....creek without a paddle. So I purchased the one that says, get this and we will set it up for you. 60 day Money back guarantee. The first video was this guy trying to talk people through on how you do what??? Yep....set it up. I watched and was so upset beccause I thought they said WE GOT THIS...didn't get mine setup, so I asked for my refund. Still haven't gotten my refund. And won't. Folks, I'm not making this stuff up. So not just the fake Gurus need be held responsible. Explodely needs to be held just as responsible for keeping their backyard as dirty as the Landfill.
ps. I used the date I did because it streams back to that time not the actual date I made the purchase...fyi

These people are nothing but liars they always call and each time it's the same guy same voice same story but different profit robot that's going to make you all kinds of money but at first the only thing you need to withdraw your 365 or $450 is to tell them where you want the money but then at the end of course there's a one-time processing fee and you can't get it and you don't get it even if you paid a processing fee there are a bunch of lions scammers and they should all burn in hell

I considered myself a pretty intelligent person before I got scammed by these scumbags. The are taking money away from everyone including me that I didn't have to spare in the first place. Is this even legal? They should be made to give every red cent back that they've taken away from the hard working Americans that they've ripped off and be made to do volunteer work for the rest of their life and never get paid for working again. They need to also be prosecuted for running a scam. The American people deserve better. I guess I'm not as intelligent as I thought. I'll never fall for crap like that again.

I have asked for a refund and they keep closing my ticket. They claim the withdrawals aren't from them. They also withdrew from my account without approval causing my card to be flagged and locked. I have 3 withdrawals and can't get refunded. I requested a refund due to not getting services I was promised. I will keep trying until this is resolved! There replies seem rude and disrespectful.

Asked for refund write after it showed up on my bank account. They said my account was closed, but no refund was received, Information given was a lie!

11/17/25 You buy something, you get a receipt that say “activate this product” You don’t get one!
Then you write a ticket- they don’t read it, they close it! You ask “WHO?” “WHAT?” & you need access to what you paid for?
They finally tell you the seller- will contact you -email? They never do!
So ticket after ticket is closed & NEVER GIVE INFORMATION! They DON’T tell the seller that you paid already! If they do, it’s always back in to the INTRO >WANTING YOU TO PAY again! Just the “run around” from both! Back & forth! Over & over! Ridiculous!
Seller threatens to VOID your account because of a time limit!
YOU NEVER GET ACCESS!
They won’t return your money -you have to prove you tried it? But you can’t get in to it!! 3 months now!
They keep on charging you though!
For NO SERVICES RENDERED!

This company is a scam. I paid into it and got nothing. I tried to get a refund and again got nothing. Do yourself a favor veer away from their site.
If I was in a generous mood, I could say well maybe this company is collecting for scammers, and they are guilty of no wrongdoing. But they are very guilty and if 44 one star ratings isn’t a hint, the company doesn’t need to be in business at all.
Scammers abound! Don’t buy into it. You may as well set your money on fire.
