It was a lovely conversation with the owners. We rented a car from a travelagency and everything was perfect. We could give the car back a day later because of our flight. Everything was perfect, good communication, good service and help from the owners.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. We rented camping gear for a week, and it included everything we needed, and even had an extra blanket for cold nights. The gear was in excellent condition, and was high quality. Joice was friendly and responsive, and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I highly recommend Explora.

Highly recommend, our experience with Explora was fantastic! Joice was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all of our questions. They dropped the car off to our hotel in the morning and met us at the airport to return the car at the end of our trip. Everything went seamlessly and the car was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were unlucky and got a parking ticket on our last day but Joice was very accommodating and walked us through the process of paying without charging any extra fees. The best car and camping gear rental company in Australia!
