Fantastic trip which was organised to perfection by them. Everything went smoothly with transfers etc and all were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

They arranged every aspect of each segment of our trip with guides greeting us at each location both arriving and departing. Choice of accommodations was first class and tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Planned a 6 day tour of Cusco and Machu Pichu. Overall the trip was excellent. I like that there was someone to guide us from hotel pickup to airport check-in point to point and activity to activity. The guides were all knowledgeable and could speak English well. The hotel selected was very good value for money. The external breakfast/lunch locations are also great with good view, atmosphere and good food. Also the responsiveness to our questions to the tour agency and the guides on itinerary were very fast and prompt. My wife and I had a wonderful trip. The company did a great job.

Trip was carefully organized and impeccably executed. Hotels were great. Drivers professional and careful. Guides knowledgeable, sensitive to client needs, and rewarding. Transfers seamless. All in all a great trip.

From the pick up at the airport to the drop off on the final day, everything went on time and smoothly - buses,trains,planes,ect. 3. Al the hotels selected were clean and modern.4. Guides were knowledgeable and informative. Many days the members of the group had private guides. 5. Everything was great and intensive.

The company is doing everything right! Great Hotels, great guides, great restaurants. Could not be more happy with Explore Inca, Patricia was a delight to work with throughout the entire trip.

What can I say, Miluska went above and beyond from the moment we contact them to even after our return. Always making sure we were completely satisfied. The hotels she booked for us were A1 with great staff members and good breakfast options. The tours and tour guides she booked were outstanding and super helpful. They even recommended us to visit some new restaurants with really great reviews and they did not disappoint. Miluska had a lot of patience to our asks and made changes every single time we requested them. We have no words to thank you and Explore Inca for everything the did for us. We will absolutely use Explore Inca services again on our next trip.

To coordinate a trip with 22 people is a challenge, and Explore Inca did an amazing job. It will be a family event we will never forget. The tour guides were fun and very knowledgeable, the bus was super comfortable, the hotels were great, they had everything we needed. Our teenagers and older nephews were so happy, AVA Hotel made sure they had their own area to enjoy together.
At Ava Christian was a unexpected treasure as he always had a smile and kind word. Moises is the barman and actually that's really not true....he is a mixologist. His knowledge of local products, fruit and drink is top shelf. In addition the water pressure of the showers is amazing (if you travel you will know what I mean)

Explore Inca planned our family trip to Cuzco, it was 22 of us!! And they did an incredible job putting all together for us. Patty and team did an outstanding job. Everything was so well planned, tours, hotels, rides, it was a wonderful experience for all of us. The hotels were very comfortable with great personnel and the l guides were so knowledgeable, patient and attentive.

Estamos sorprendidos de lo bien organizado, administrado, puntual etc.. podría seguir ya que todo salió mejor de lo que nos esperábamos, los guías siempre con disponibilidad, los choferes también y los hoteles que se escogieron así como el tren, sin palabras…
Es de esos viajes que se quedarán en nuestras mentes por siempre por lo bien que salió!!

Due to protestors and road closures we had to change our tours almost every day. It was amazing how quick and well organized it went with you guys! We had no stress, everything was smooth, guides were amazing! I would highly recommend your private tours! It was the best options during that unpredictable time!

Great Experienced

Our trip to Peru organized by Miluka was very memorable. she helped make the daily plan, making things easier for us, and the tour was executed as it was and on time! Everything was well organised!

She understands the customer's need and want. I made a few changes to the plan she made and she was fine with it. She recommended a chocolate-making class for us, since we travelled with kids, and glad that we took it. It was fun and interesting. It was the highlight for our children.

Communication with her is easy, always replied to tons of my questions.
