Instead of using static PDF maps, organizers can publish searchable, clickable floor plans directly on their website. Visitors can find exhibitors, navigate the venue, and explore booths from any device.

ExpoFP gives event teams flexibility depending on how they prefer to work. With the DIY plan, you can create and manage your floor plan yourself using our online editor. For larger or more complex events, our Standard and Pro plans include support from the ExpoFP team, so we can help set up, customize, and implement the floor plan for you.

I am really enjoying using ExpoFP

I am really enjoying using ExpoFP. The system is easy to use and learn and their support team is excellent. They also have an AI chat bot that is very helpful in answering most questions, otherwise you can use their support email and they are very responsive and helpful. They have a bunch of venue templates to use and if it isn't there they can help get that added. If you are looking for more control over managing your floor plan with a helpful support team, this platform is great.

Laggy floorplan, bad customer support

The floorplan worked well before the event started, but it was very laggy during the event. Customer support is difficult to reach and don't seem to care much about floorplan performance or about updating our floorplan on time.

A Game-Changer for Our Events

Our team loves using ExpoFP for our events! We first started using the software for one of our smaller events and recently expanded to use a floor plan for our larger trade show. It has been a huge help with both event planning and execution, making it easier to organize our space and manage the event from start to finish. The customer service is also excellent - responsive, helpful, and always great to work with!

The best expo floor plan software

The best expo floor plan software I've ever used as a show creative designer. Although the design part is not the most perfect one compared to other design software, it's good for the sales team. The AI assistant is really helpful all the time. Also, a big thank to Maria, always willing to help when need. Really friendly and reply me in patience.

Moving in the wrong direction

I have been using the software for years, spent tens of thousands of dollars across probably 40 or more events, and the bugs keep getting worse, the redesign is worse than the original, and it just seems that everything is moving backwards instead of forwards.

Been a long time customer

Been a long time customer, they upgraded their platform and now its not functioning the way it did and i asked for support and they said i was on the DIY program. They havent got back to me. Very disappointed in the customer service.Update! The company did follow up with me and fixed my issue. I am now satisfied with there follow up.
