As first-time buyers, everything can feel quite overwhelming, but Jamie made it all so much easier by explaining things clearly and in a way we could actually understand. It really took the stress out of the experience.
The insurance team were also fantastic â they made sure we fully understood our options and didnât try to upsell anything unnecessary, which we really appreciated.
