I booked visa services and transsiberian ticket (002-Moscow to UlanUde) for July 01, 2016 journey. I am based in Bahrain and was initially skeptical about doing it online as this was my first visit to Russia with family (wife and 02 young kids of age 03,07) and I didnt want to take any chances. I was convinced of their service abilities within minutes of online contact, special thanks to Anastasia, as they helped with all the queries and also gave valuable recommendations for my travel on train. I confirmed my bookings and later got all the visas and tickets ontime at my desk in Bahrain. The entire process was very efficient and I should mention that "Express to Russia" has a good web portal and order management system.
We completed our Russia trip this month and the experience was great and exceeded expectations. We are definetly going back to Russia and will again take Express to Russia help.

I bought train tickets for the Trans-Siberian Rail, for St Petersburg and on to Finland through Express To Russia, and when I ran into trouble (and out of time) compiling documents for my visa, they produced a visa 'invitation' within an hour of ordering it. Given the situation, that was a huge sigh of relief, and I was able to achieve the visa in the nick of time.
In all dealings they were fast, efficient and made the trip-planning process issue-free. I highly recommend their services.

We used Express to Russia for our train transfer from Moscow to our hotel and also for a lovely, informative private tour go Peterhof in St Petersburg. Yulia and her group are very easy to access and ask questions by email. Our train transfer driver met us at the train, was pleasant, knowledgable, and very helpful. He made getting form the train to our hotel so easy. Our private guide and driver to Peterhof met us at the hotel and went over and above to show us the sites on the way, at, and on the way home from Peterhof. Very sweet, knowledgeable, professional. Even stopped at special places for picture taking. Very, very pleased. We highly recommend this company. Prices are also very reasonable. Thank you.

We purchased our train tickets Moscow to China and due to some issues with our visas we needed to keep changing the departure date., express to Russia held on to our tickets until all issues were resolved then delivered tickets to our hotel on a timely manner once all issues were resolved...thanks Anastasia....

We booked a tour of Moscow & St.Petersburg. They organised all transportation and tickets etc. The guides were fantastic. Representatives were easily contactable throughout our journey.

We took a train from Moscow to St. Petersburg and everything was good. The only thing that didn´t work in the train was the WIFI but the rest was OK, easy to book, clean trains and good service.

Thank you Express to Russia for making our first trip to Moscow, Russia completely wonderful! We enjoyed 3 tours, City Tour, Subway and Arbat Street and The Kremlin and Red Square Tour. Our Guides arrived early with name signs, spoke excellent English and were very knowledgeable about their home Country! I would highly recommend their services!

I booked two hotels in Russia at the website booking.com, but one of these two hotels was not willing or able to write an official paper needed for the visa-applications. Booking.com then advised me to go to the website of Express to Russia in order to get the necessary papers which I needed to apply for visa for me and my wife. With the papers received from Express to Russia it was no problem to apply for the visa at the Russian consulate in The Hague.

I have used Express to Russia to book train tickets twice: from Moscow to St Petersburg and from St Petersburg to Tallinn. They were very responsive and the transaction was very smooth.

This travel agency booked my train tickets within Russian when I planned my transsib trip in February 2016 (Moscow - Vladivostok with several stops en route). I only can recommend this agency as they treated my ticket requests with confidence and in a very professional way. Also special reservation wishes (i.e. reservation in the upper deck of the doblle-decker train from Moscow to Kazan) have been fulfilled without any hassles. They sent the tickets to me in electronic form, as a so-called e-ticket thas was already perfect to travel without exchanging at a Russian counter. The train ticked manager of the agency was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. So, when planning your Transsib trip, Express to Russia will be your perfect way to recieve the necessary train tickets!
