Great customer service

I was served by Bethany yesterday, great customer service and really helpful. Express have a wide selection of products which really helped me whilst short of a few bits working on site.

A Purchaser's Ideal Supplier

As the procurement manager at my company, I have had the pleasure of ordering our gas cylinders from EWS on a weekly basis for the past 10 months. In this time, not only has EWS proven to be a cut above the rest, but they have also become a pivotal part of our operations due to their reliability.

Their website is easy to navigate, making it quick and easy to reorder our usual supplies or find new products. They have all the necessary product details and safety information readily available, which is crucial for us.

When it comes to delivery/turnaround we have been consistently impressed with the prompt delivery times. Orders are dispatched within the promised lead time and arrive on schedule, which is critical to keeping our operations running without interruption.

Customer service is where EWS truly shines. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell they know their stuff, unlike other companies we have historically dealt with.
