I’m really happy with my extension pole from Extended Reach. It’s a great-quality product that works exactly as I needed, and I love using it. When I did run into a problem, their customer service was fantastic and resolved it very quickly. I’d definitely recommend Extended Reach to anyone looking for a dependable extension pole and a company that stands behind its products.

We had a minor defect and I simply started a chat with customer support. I received a replacement in about 2 days! It looks great and the process was easier than most. Thank you for helping. Yall have surpassed my expectations. Customer service wins my business every time.

I bought a pole and roof rake last fall. I used the pole this year to hang halloween decorations and noticed one of the clips on the pole cracked. I reached out to get a replacement clip on a weekend. I got a response from Kate right away and a whole new pole in just 4 days! Great customer service and warranty

There was a snafu with the shipping carrier and I never received my order. A few weeks after the order was placed the carrier hadn’t even updated after the picked up my order for tracking. I reached out with my concerns, requesting them to look into it and Kate was phenomenal! She immediately responded with much apology (though not her fault). Without request she rectified the issue by sending a replacement with expedited shipping! Kate followed up personally and took the time to ensure I not only received the replacement but was satisfied. I would definitely recommend and do business again! A hiccup with shipping has no bearing on the exceptional customer service Kate provided!

I am pleased with the length and reach of the extension pole; however, the squeegee attachment is disappointing. It does not perform as effectively as expected, which limits the overall utility of the product despite the high-quality pole.

Very quick delivery time. I was looking for replacement parts and they worked perfectly.

When I first heard of this pole I was reluctant to purchase it since it seemed impossible to have a pole of that length work that well. I have multiple palm trees that I now use the pole with the saw attachment and it works pretty good. No more having to pull out the extension ladder and climbing up 25-30 feet just to cut one palm frond, then move the ladder again for another palm frond. I did experience a problem with the pole coming apart and I contacted support via email. Kate was quick to resolve the issue by just sending me a brand new pole, with tracking information. Great company!

I purchased the House Cleaning set a while back and have used it several times to clean the higher areas of my two-story house and it has been great! I recently had an issue with the top latch not holding the pole correctly. I contacted customer support through email. I got an immediate response from Kate at Extend-A-Reach and the support was exceptional. A replacement pole was sent out to me within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend Extend-A-Reach.

I recently had to contact customer service with Extend-A-Reach for issue with my 24feet cleaning pole. Kate was incredibly polite, helpful and supportive, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. It's great to see a small family business that truly cares about its customers. Needless to say that there products are among the best in market. The issue I had with the pole is not a reflection on poor quality of the product but more if probably what I was doing wrong. In todays world, finding client service like I did from Kate is dream come true. I highly recommend their long cleaning poles and their fantastic support team! I was able to reach spider webs in high places in our home that would otherwise have required climbing up an extended ladder. I am really happy with the product.

Well am I double amputee and in a wheelchair and definitely need something to reach out that I no longer can I used to be 6 ft 2 and now I'm down to 4 ft 2 LOL. A great product with a great grip and easy to use.

High quality product and very good customer service.

I purchased the 24' model in order to clean the exterior of my second story skylights without using a ladder or getting on the roof. Honestly, I haven't used it yet because of the weather. Regardless, it's obvious that this is a well-designed and solidly built product. The pole is stiff enough to clean effectively when fully extended. I advise getting the correct length for your purposes allowing for enough handle to clean effectively (i.e. having 2 hands on the handle while working).

This is the tool that I've needed for years it will reach where I used to have to have a ladder and I just do not climb up on a ladder or set up a scaffolding any longer they are well made and they work beautifully

I use it to trim my palm trees that are 35' tall. The Extend A Reach allows me to safely complete the task from the ground, making my wife somewhat happy that I won't fall off a ladder.

Had an issue with one section and they sent me a complete new unit as a warranty replacement! Excellent customer service team and they stand by their product, which is rare these days.

I've bought several of the products offered and they are all great and helpful with doing cleaning around the inside and outside of the house. I am very happy with my purchases. Their customer service is great as well. I had one piece break and it was under warranty still and they were very easy to get in touch with and had a replacement mailed out the next day. I was very thankful!

Product is good but I couldn't get any of the supplied fittings to stop leaking. The quick connects would not lock in place and the other fittings would not seal. I would have returned it except my cleaner threw out all the packaging. I wound up going to Lowes and replaced all the fittings, for around $20. Works great now.
