The service I receive was both professional and friendly. The communications and engagement from the team at JAB was great. The alternative design suggested by Thomas was such a cleaver and simple alternative to my original concept which we have taken forward to our final design. I have recommended JAB to other friends.

Absolutely brilliant service from Extension Hub! I found my builder through them and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were super friendly, incredibly helpful, and supportive at every stage of our house renovation. Their advice and recommendations were spot on and made the whole process feel so much less stressful. I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Extension Hub to anyone planning a renovation — they were fantastic!

Extension Hub, partnered with JAB Design were a great strength and comfort for my building project. Not being in the trade myself, it was great to have strong partners and advocates to guide me through the processes and find a good builder. Important documents are available to me through the portal and thanks for finding Diamond Pro Construction Ltd who were friendly, professional and did a fabulous job.

Everyone was very helpful. We had an extension built and we used Extension Hub and their sister company JAB Design to prepare the drawings, guide us through the experience and to source contractors. The online hub was easy to use and we could view all the documents, plans and drawings relating to our extension in one place. They were relaxed when we revised the plans and made helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of having an extension built.

We hired JAB for the architecture work after having already sorted our builders.

Or so we thought - turns out the builders were scammers! We are forever indebted to Caroline at JAB, who helped us realise this and helped put us in touch with others who were also victims of this.

We then used ExtensionHub to find another builder for our work. We were able to get a shortlist and get builders round for interviews, given our previous experience.

Steve from Lees Builders bore our questioning well, and we were impressed by with his attitude and his quote.

We have been impressed throughout with the customer service from both JAB and Lees: the quality of the architectural designs, the quality of the build/fitting work, their mindfulness of us and the neighbours as well as the aftercare with various minor snags that have arisen.

All the workers were friendly, professional and tidy throughout their work.

Being a complete novice at building works, I found JAB & Extension Hub to be invaluable. From initial ideas through to technical drawings, planning permission, selection of builders, inspections and final completion, Caroline, Thomas and the team have been there to support. Initial consultation with Zita was great, she answered all our questions proficiently and we felt that we’d be in safe hands if we instructed JAB and I’m glad to say that we were right. Design wise, Thomas did a great job of nailing the brief and worked with us through all the amendments professionally. Extension Hub made finding a builder easy!

Following our planning permission we embarked on looking for a builder, as this is something we had not embarked on before we wanted to ensure we chose the right builder from a trusted source. Extension Hub allowed us to look at builders profiles and past client reviews which helped us shortlist a few to quote for our project. Once we had chosen them it wasn’t long until they had made a site visit and issued us with a quote over the portal. The build is now underway and we are so pleased we used this system, it put all our worries to rest and made a process we were unsure of easy and stress free.

Having all the experts and paperwork in one place makes organising a project much easier.

Through the Extension Hub communication & all the details of the design process are in one place. This meant it was very easy to follow, accessible at all times, compact, kept good historical records, & fast response to queries. A very useful tool to support the design process.

Great idea bringing all aspects of a project together from architectural design and every trade in between through to completion, easy to use site with a helpful team on hand to guide you.

James Bridgewater and the team at JAB design have to say as a builder give first class support and are always at hand to give advice and sort any problems that arise, in particular site visits when called upon, whi h in some circumstances is incredibly helpful ( whereas a lot of architects don't even answer the phone!) Nothing is too much problem for these guys, first class designers and first class support throughout many a build issued via JAB design.
