We had our roof cleaned and protected by EBS Solutions Edinburgh. They carried out the work in one day starting at 8am sharp. They placed protective sheets around the house before staring and worked non stop throughout the day. Cleaned up after cleaning the roof before they started the protective coating. They were very professional throughout even though a neighbour was being difficult. On completion they walked around with us to make sure we were satisfied.

We delayed getting our exterior walls painted for a long time fearing the upheaval the work would cause. We shouldn’t have worried, with Exterior Building Solutions we didn’t have any. They came and did an efficient, fast and professional job and left us no mess to deal with. Everyone involved was very pleasant to deal with throughout the process and we are so pleased with the way the house looks now.

From the guys turning up at the door to Brian in Sales and all the guys involved, I think this is the most polite and professional company I’ve come across for a long time. Not pushy, not taking up your time trying to hard sell and they were very accommodating and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work carried out on my roof. James and Scott arrived on time and cracked on without a break until the work was done. Their preparation by laying groundsheets before and washing down surfaces after the work was first class. Our roof was absolutely covered in moss and lichen and some of the tiles needed replaced. It's now like a new roof.
The initial survey carried out by Kenny Service was detailed and the price agreed was reasonable considering the size and condition of the roof.

My wife and I have been very impressed by EBA and its staff from the initial call at the door through the surveyors’s visit to the work on our roof being completed.
Liam and Johns did our work and we have nothing but praise for them. They arrived when they said they would and kept us informed regarding work being done when the weather was against them.
They were very hard and good workers. They protected both our property and our neighbours’ garden and driveway. Where they also excelled was in the standard of cleaning up each day once they were finished.

Most professional from start to finish with clear communication throughout. Quote was reasonable and the work carried out by John and his son on our house walls was exemplary, including the biocide wash, the render repairs and the coating itself. Both were very pleasant and hard working and did a good job tidying up. Highly recommend EBS.

I had rendered part of a wall. I needed to get it painted as it didn’t all maych. EBS knocked at door by chance. They gave a reasonable quote, so I decided to use them. Corben and coworker finished job today, at end November. They apply with pump and product application works below freezing. Looks great. Time will tell how it lasts but looks like a good thick coat and should allow some movement.

Very professional job from start to finish. Ryan and Sean turned up on time and started immediately, preparing the ground and area, cleaning and repointing was great and tidied up whole area before returning next day to complete painting.
Neighbours have commented on their work ethic and the finished work.

The sales rep Ross was clear, helpful and accommodating in terms of how and when the job would be done. The work was carried out efficiently by Ryan and Sean, two guys who clearly knew what they were doing and did all they reasonably could to ensure that they cleaned up and left the place tidy. The end result is very pleasing and with a 15-year guarantee, we are very happy.

I must have been their worst nightmare as I’m a bit of a perfectionist but the guys were great taking note of what I was asking and fixing any issues I highlighted.

Liam amd John came out on the Wednesday amd cleaned off our roof, then came back on Thursday and did the coating. Its a fantastic jo that theyve done, very professional and courteous at all times, cleaned up after the job was completed. Top marks! Well done Liam and John. 😃👏👏👏
