I had a great experience with various personnel at EMM. The scout did a thorough but quick job assessing the quantity of belongings to move and got the perfect van size. Collection in Norwich was very quick as additional team members leant a hand, while delivery in Aberdeen, a long way away, was also great and professional. I received great communications from the office manager and was able to change delivery address without issue. They were exceptionally good value for money as well.

The team were amazing. We were moving a family of 4 with 2 under 2 across the country. They packed up our house within a day and everything was down and unloaded by 6pm the following day which was amazing. The guys took great care of our things and were professional and pleasant to deal with throughout. Would highly recommend.

The Extra Mile Movers team were great from beginning to end. Guy did a quick house visit before quoting and was very open about what would be involved and likely costs. From there the process went smoothly, and the moving team on the day were so helpful, friendly and funny! Out one house and in the next by midday. Highly recommend.

From start to finish EMM provided a top class service! The survey provided by Guy was quick and professional, without being rushed. And the day of the move went without hitch - Ben, Max and Morgan arriving on time and loading up super quick, moving us from Norfolk to Hull in a day. All members of the team I dealt with were friendly, polite and had a great sense of humour. I would thoroughly recommend the EMM team.

EMM gave the most competitive quote for our move from rural Suffolk to central London. We could have paid more than double - so we wondered a bit about how the quality would be. Apart from the distance, the move involved quite a few heavy items getting up to the second floor including a large artwork and a particularly delicate begonia. All of it arrived safe with care and good humour. We were very pleased that we went for Maison's quote.

These guys have been brilliant from the start. Competitively priced and professional throughout. Noting was too much bother and absolute care was taken with everything. I especially liked the adesive plastic carpet protectors used in both sale and purhase house. 100% recommended, 10/10 will use again

Fantastic service, we moved from Norfolk to Shropshire and the guys were brilliant. Lots of communication beforehand, we also used the packing service and they had our 5 bed packed away safely in no time. The guys worked hard, went over and above, very friendly and I was so impressed, highly recommend, especially as they offer a top service at a much lower price than their competitors. We notified EMM on the Wednesday before Monday 31st July that our moving date had been set, and could they move us 7 miles across Suffolk: their answer was that they could move the garden pots etc. on the Monday (into the garden before the key to the house was released) and the a second vehicle would bring the essential beds etc. in the afternoon so that we had a place to stay: the third consignment was delivered on the Wednesday, (some of it in the rain) and there was a lot of it. So, we are very grateful for their very hard work and their success in landing everything where we thought we wanted it and adjusting to the problems when an item was the wrong shape for the space.
We cannot praise them too highly and thought their price was reasonable for the work and organisation involved.

Extra Mile Movers were great from the first contact to the day of the move. We found them professional, polite and punctual throughout the hole process and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

A superb service from Mason, Ollie and the chaps. Polite, professional, helpful and went over and above. Excellent organisation and standards. Our flat pack wardrobes and beds have made it to the new house and been rebuilt with little issue. Fantastic value and a brilliant service. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I have just had Ollie and the crew move me from Diss and they were absolutely great . Very polite and hardworking guys, a pleasure to deal with. They were very quick to respond to any queries I had beforehand . I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I used EMM twice and both times the services and the price were the best.
Fully furnished two bedroom house move took two hours from door to door. The crew were friendly and very fast.
