Have had to call Etna police and file a Theft by deception with this band of gypsies...They will make you place your life on hold waiting for just a shread of information to find out where the creeps hid my furniture. They broker to other trucking companies who wont get back to you when they tell you they will be at your drop off point, then tell you to stop calling Extra Mile when the brokered trucking company cant be found. This is my true experience..I finially called the State of Virginia to locate the Actual owner of Extra Mile van lines. Raj...Derek Cried to me not to call and disturb his office again since I got his boss involved. On a 3 way conference call Gumball was as sweet as could be speaking to Chuck and Chris Duffy, but when we called again he started with his lies and 30 day legal delivery time. Everyone has the opportunity to dig into the backgrounds of the brokers who initially tell you they have your back so they can gain your deposit..This company owns no trucks. They enlist (BAD SEEDS) "Raj" the owner told me...These truckers are to be bonded as their contract states. However I have been informed my trucker has a past....Go ahead Extra Mile Dispute me. It is not over yet...

My family and I had a wonderful moving experience with Extra Mile Vanlines. They handled our move with the utmost professionalism and care, making sure everything was packed and transported safely. Please DO NOT waste your time or money using this company. They are a complete SCAM. I was quoted $1450 to move 300 miles from Arizona to LA. They claimed my price was discounted bc I wasn’t moving that many items and they had another load scheduled on the same date and route. I was happy I had finally secured movers and a truck to get all my things to LA in time for work. I paid my $500 and thought everything was set. Boy was I wrong. I also wasn’t aware that Extra Miles Van brokers another company to complete the job, so when they arrived on Saturday March 1st I was a bit confused when they claimed they were going to take an estimate. After about 10-15 minutes. They handed me an estimate for $2,550. They claimed that it didn’t matter what price Extra Miles quoted bc they were brokered for the deal and that was their price. They told me I would need to agree to pay in order for them to complete the job. I was completely appalled and canceled immediately. I called Extra Miles Vans to make them aware of the situation and request my refund and they laughed in my face. They said the deposit was non refundable since I cancelled the job on-site. I ended up having to drive a U-Haul myself and find movers on task rabbit. A horrible business!! Do not even waste your breath with them. They are a complete joke and scam of a business.
