I purchased a babywalker from ExtraStar UK to assist our 12 month grandson with his mobility. This item is dangerous and should not be on the market!! The seat sling is too narrow and does not provide secure support for the infant. Consequently whilst moving around, the child slipped from the sling seat and became trapped under the tray and we had difficulty extracting him from the unit. This happened on two occasions so we scrapped the walker unit.

Do not purchase this item - it is unsafe to use.

I bought a product from them via Amazon. It was not suitable so I shipped it back to them for a refund.

10 days have now passed and this company has done nothing but deflect my pleas to return my money. Every message thanks me for my patience and understanding. They say they are dealing with the matter and all is well. Please please please don’t buy from this company. I know I will never see my money again. You feel it every time they send you a message. You get that sinking feeling when you read all their lies in the messages. It’s not about the refund for me anymore. It’s so disappointing to know that companies like this exist. It’s not life or death but it’s just awful they do this.

Ordered two outside lights through eBay, received an email from eBay stating they were safety concerns with the lights and real danger of electrocution. I contacted Extrastar through eBay they asked for additional information, I sent them the item numbers , since then they have ignored me numerous attempts to contact them, through their website email Facebook and eBay. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

I purchased 3 outside lights approximately 5 months ago and all 3 have stopped working within the last 2 weeks.
Called the company and a lady said the phone lines were bad and to call later..my side was as clear as a Bell..
I called back and the lady who spoke with an Asian accent said she couldn't hear and to send an email.
I have tried to send an email but it won't go through.
Rubbish product..rubbish customer care..DO NOT waist your money

Ordered a rechargeable wardrobe strip light. The first one working after a couple of charges then stopped, company sent a replacement asap which was good service. Shame about the replacement though which stopped working after 1 charge.

Purchased a starlight ip44 outside sensor light,it stays on for 4 seconds and there is no way to extend this time,no dials to extend range or light time,absolutely ridiculous design, a little shutter above the sensor does nothing and is just a gimmick to make a cheap light and charge a lot of money.

Poor quality led bulb, not working more than one year, and no answer from customer service

Ordered a 3-way plug on amazon, sadly did not work a single day.
Amazon tells me to contact the seller directly, did that on the 7th of December 2024 via contact form. Demanded either a refund or a working 3way plug.

No answer since then.

I have bought a number of LED Smart Sensor Wardrobe Lights that are charged by USB from ExtraStar. They work brilliantly. I don't need to turn any lights on in the house at all as I walk upstairs - I have one at the bottom of stairs, one at top, one in my bedroom and one in bathroom. All just come on as I make my way to bed. They only require charging perhaps every fortnight or so. A great buy and good way to save on electricity bill. Called ExtraStar today (New Year's Eve) - very helpful lady on end of phone. Full Marks, ExtraStar!! Can't say that often, sadly....

This company provides crappy service and deserve 0 STAR. I made an order from them and the contents were stolen by RM. I sent an email which they ignored and proceeded to call. They ignored all 10 calls during business hours and did not return any call or respond. All they had to do was raise a claim with Royal Mail and have this sorted

I bought an LED floodlight which supposedly has user controlled settings but there are no external controls. At first the light kept coming on, then off, then on; now it has gone off permanently. The so-called user manual was one sheet of garbled English which was no help.

The products I ordered were exactly what I was looking for. There was an error with one of the items that was sent (hence dropping 1 star) but this was dealt with without any fuss or bother in a gracious manner - great customer service.

One error with the order, quickly sorted out and the correct item sent back out , well done.
