I ordered water dumbbells, and they said it’s been delivered which hasn’t, I contacted them and they said that they would get on to their couriers and see what has happened. Still no dumbbells and still no communication, poor customer service and defo won’t be ordering again, I went and got other ones as still waiting, all I want is a refund!!

Equipment they provide is second to none very competitive to anything on the market for home use and commercial for the price, i ordered on sunday and was delivered on tuesday, and fold up rack i brought is amazing if you need room, if you break it at home you are king kong or the hulk.

Superb service all round.
Second time ordering from them and equally impressive both times. Quick delivery and good communication in shipment and exactly when the item is going to be with me.

Ordered and within an hour it had been dispatched. Order Friday morning & was delivered Monday mid day. The kit was well priced and good quality.

Good kit, reasonably priced. Delivery was a little sketchy. It came in two drops on two different days. It initially said it was gonna come on Tues. One drop turned up Wed morning and the last two boxes came Thursday. Not too bad in all honesty considering I only ordered on Sunday. But if the courier could just give you accurate updates of when your kit's gonna arrive then this would be 5*

Excellent leg extension/curl machine.
I just love this. Unfortunately I had a bad back plus then covid so haven’t used it as much as I would of by now but for the price it’s amazing.

I’ve had the EX-2000 Multi Smith Cable Rack for a couple of months now and I simply cannot speak highly enough of it. Amazing piece of kit, received within days with a super delivery service. I recently purchased the leg extension/seated/lying curl with the ability to be used for standing single leg plus an ab curl and push ...as ive only had this product 4 days since being set up I must say I think there are plenty more exercises to try on this machine....its smooth and easy to use, fully recommended 👌
