I am very pleased with my treatment. Mr Hamada and staff were very helpful. Excellent service.

The staff are friendly, professional and efficient.

I had ICL surgery 3 months ago, a procedure I’ve waited a lifetime for. I have been told by multiple eye surgeons in the UK and NZ that my eyes were too complex and that l should stick to wearing glasses and contact lenses.

So happy I went to see Mr Hamada for a consultation, hoping that things have advanced over the last 10 years in eye surgery. I was still in disbelief when he said he’d operate on me and give me the visual freedom from glasses and contact lenses I’ve always hoped for.

To date (3 and a bit months post op) my vision is absolutely perfect at very close up, intermediate, far and very far distances: both during the day and at night time. I experience very little to almost none dysphotopsia. The only time I see mild light aberrations is during very dark lighting and usually late at night when my eyes are tired and a bit dry. (I also have large pupils so I think that’s maybe a factor?).

All my consultations with my surgeon have been brilliant and what also helps a lot was to see other patients who have gone through the exact same procedure as me. Khansa Maliks YouTube videos helped me a lot as well as chatting with her on social media. It was great to see every single aspect of the procedure from before, during and after. Every part my surgeon explained to me and I knew exactly what l was about to experience as I watched every single video just before each procedure.

I think I’ve seen my eye surgeon about 8-9 times now from my first consultation to 3+ months post op, l am very happy with his aftercare and to have access to his emergency contact details should l ever have an emergency eye issue.

So glad Mr Hamada has operated on me and given me the greatest gift of all, the gift of perfect sight! I can’t thank him enough!!! My whole family who all wear glasses will be signing up too!!! :)

Very responsive when I submitted a request for a call back online. The first call, Joanna was so professional, helpful and showed genuine empathy with my dry eyes I instantly knew I wanted to be treated at the eye clinic.
On the day the consultation with Mr Hamada went well, I felt confident in the diagnosis and treatment. I would have given 5 stars but I was left waiting quite a while and whilst I appreciate there was a reason for this, when you travel a long way for the appointment you have to manage train times etc so want to run to schedule and I think they should be mindful of this.

Top class experience they made sure I was comfortable and made me feel a lot more confident in my surgery I will highly Recommend.

At the start of my dry eye treatment journey, but from my consultation I was so impressed by all the staff at the clinic and was put at ease my Mr Hamada. They were extremely thorough with all the tests they carried out and looking forward to starting my dry eye treatment.

Everyone at The Eye Clinic was welcoming and took the time to explain the treatment and procedure fully, answering any questions clearly. The course of IPL treatments has made a significant difference, bringing relief to years of persistent irritation.

I had DMEK surgery with Mr Hamada in November 2022, following problems with earlier cataract surgery (not with Eye Clinic London). This has been very successful, and I do not hesitate to recommend Eye Clinic London. Thorough, professional and caring throughout.

I went to see Dr Hamada at the Eye Clinic London as I wasn't having much luck with my complaints in my home country. It was certainly worth the trip and extra expense. Dr Hamada diagnosed my condition after a very thorough check and although it wasn't great news for me, he set up a treatment plan and had all the patience in the world when I got so upset. He explained things so I could understand and did his best to reassure me when I was emotional. I feel confident that I am getting and will be getting the best treatment possible. A special mention to Veronika - thank you for being the best support, always answering my frequent questions, chasing prescriptions for me, sharing your own personal story and just being a great comfort. You ARE amazing seriously.

Our doctor mr Samer Hamada was amazing thank you once again.. the clinic was very clean and everyone was so helpful..

The doctor explained to me everything in small details, they did dozens pf test but made me feel reassured and comfortable. They give you all the information and time you might need. Customer service is perfect.

Due to a complication, I was one of the very few patients that needed a lens exchange. This would naturally cause any patient to worry. However I knew I picked the right surgeon for my procedure. The calm manner in which Mr Hamada explained everything, coupled with the genuine care and attention he gave, allowed me to reassure even more trust and confidence in him. Dr Hamada is very experience in this area and has been a great help to me and my daughter with our congenital problem. The team at London Eye Clinic are very helpful.

Living with excessive dry and gritty eyes is no fun, no amount of eye drops seemed to work. It was suggested that IPL treatment by Mr Hamada would help. After 4 sessions the oily secretions in my eyes are activated again and comfort is regained. Lubricating eye drops no longer take over my every thought.
