I just recivied my glasses but they sent me wrong product and it is low quaility....
Scam! The same problem! No answer! No sunglasses for 400 euro⊠scam
No order received. Company do not respond to emails. I'd give zero stars if it were possible. Do not order from this site.

when funds are sent they go to another name !!!!!
This is a total scam! I ordered my glasses months ago and this company only created a phony shipping label to track. Totally Bogus! My fault for not researching further but the PO address in NJ is a front. The product shipping label came from China and never did arrive. I will now have to dispute this charge with my bank.
Live and learn but Be warned
Never got the glasses, so I did a little digging, California based company with a New Jersey phone number and the glasses where shipped from China. The only good review from Louis is forged, the website is a scam. I'm putting up warnings on every social media platform I can find, don't get caught by there so called trustworthy website or you'll lose your money.
Ordered sunglasses a little over two weeks ago. They finally say theyâve shipped them but all theyâve done is create a shipping label. I would not waste my time with them again
I ordered sun glasses almost 2 weeks ago. Still no sunglasses and no correspondence from eye shop direct. I have had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. This company doesn't have a phone number. So if they don't respond to your email there isn't anyway to get in touch with the company. Do not use this Co. For ordering anything. The site they give you to review your shipping progress doesn't even work. I will voice my discern on other social media platforms

Aucun sens de Client : de nos jours penser que lâon assure un Service Client en répondant aux e-mails sans faire avancer le problÚme, câest HORS JEU
1- les modes de livraison annoncés sur le site ne sont pas ceux proposés au moment de la transaction (Chronopost nâest finalement pas proposé et on vous oblige à un Colissimo par la route pour lâétranger !)
2- 24 EUR (au lieu de 20 EUR annoncés dans les conditions de livraison) pour un pauvre Colissimo de 300 grammes
3- AprÚs 30 jours de relances de ma part et de mails reçus « câest pas de notre faute, câest la faute de la Poste » en utilisant la fausse raison du Covid, AUCUNE ACTION FAITE VERS LE CLIENT
En fait EYESHOP est un site qui ne sait pas ce que câest de satisfaire un client

I ordered and paid for my item. Then the next day it was cancelled. No reason . No communication. Nothing. Then you have to wait days to get your money back.
I bought an expensive Casio G-Shock watch from this shop. The price was a bit below the standard price but the watch is definitely the real deal! The product was also shipped and delivered fast. No complaints whatsoever. Although you cannot find a lot about this shop (this why I initially hesitated a bit to buy from it and why I checked its reviews on different platforms) it is definitely a real and trustworthy shop. Thus whenever you find a product on this shop's website for a better price than elsewhere (and Google brought you to this review), do not hesitate to buy from this seller. I would definitely recommend others to buy here.
The customer service was not helpful in my inquiries and was not patient enough to wait and clear my order, they cancelled my order with out having clear agreement from me.
C'était ma premiÚre commande chez eux. J'ai commandé une montre le 17 janvier au soir (autant dire le 18). La confirmation a été faite... le jour même. Peut-être était-ce là une réponse "automatique", je n'en sais rien, m'enfin tout de même : « chapeau ! ».
Le lendemain, je recevais un e-mail de leur part m'annonçant que la livraison du produit était "en cours".
Produit que je recevais 2 jours plus tard, soit le vendredi 20 janvier en matinée. Dois-je préciser ici que le produit était conforme à ma commande, bien emballé, sans aucun défaut apparent et que je suis donc extrêmement satisfait de leurs services ?
Rapidité, efficacité, sérieux...
Je dois avouer que si je me suis décidé à commander chez eux, c'était d'abord en raison de leurs prix, trÚs attractifs en comparaison à d'autres sites, mais surtout parce que, globalement, ils avaient des avis en majorité positifs sur différents sites comparant les expériences d'anciens clients. Eh bien je m'ajoute à la liste des clients satisfait. Un grand merci. Fort de cette expérience concluante, il va sans dire qu'au besoin je n'hésiterais pas à recommander chez eux, autant qu'à les... recommander également.
