Doesn't work whatsoever.

bought a copy of Microsoft Office 2021 Lifetime License for Windows from Groupon , ezepz sent me a code and on first attempt the code worked but was not vailed when confirmation ID thought Microsoft automatically call . contacted support 10mins later was give another code which had no problems

DO NOT USE. Shocking. I brought a Microsoft package and it didn't work. I spoke with the programme owner, well they said they were the owner. Unhelpful, refused refund and they said, it's not our problem if the product doesn't work. DO NOT USE
