I wanted to upgrade my phone without paying the full cost of a new phone and I thought I'd give Ez mobiles a try. Couldn't be happier with my new phone and I would recommend this to anyone who is also looking for an alternative for upgrading their phone.

My phone screen greened out after I dropped it so I was looking for a replacement within a reasonable price range. I found this site online and decided to go with it as it seemed a safer alternative than Gumtree or unknown resellers. The website was simple to use and had all the info I needed. I'm Sydney based and noticing it was a local company decided to go with them.

A friend recommended ez mobile after I was complaining how expensive outright phones are. So glad I gave them a go as I love my ‘new’ iPhone. As an environmentally conscious individual I also like that these phones get another life too. Would go to ez mobile again for next purchase.
I always buy used near new phones/refurbished phones to save a bit of money off retail as I change my phone's yearly. I gave Ez mobile a chance with my purchase of a iPhone 11. I received the phone after 3 days. I am estatic with the purchase. I'll be recommending this to my family and friends.
The team were super responsive and helpful when answering all my questions surrounding refurbished devices. I decided to take the plunge and buy an iPhone 11 Pro Max and have never been happier! It came within a few days. Works great and looks pretty new. I am pleased with my purchase and have gotten a few of my friends onboard with Ez Mobile too.

Pricing is competitive and the mobile I received was exactly as it was described. Was a little hesitant buying online, but the team at ez mobile were also quick to respond to all my questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone who's wanting to buy a good quality pre-owned/refurbished phone!
Delivered without a hitch. Mobile looks near new, can tell there are a few light scuffs on the metal case back.
