Every unit does have a warranty. Let us know what we can do or if we can guide you through the warranty claim process at elfbar.com/warranty-claim, or ebdesign-us.com/warranty-claim so that the review can reflect our company overall. We've also added some FAQs at the bottom of the ELF BAR flavors page for BC5000, which you may be able to use to fix issues you have with some autofiring devices, such as potentially just charging them up or cracking open the bottom carefully and wiping droplets of liquid from the airflow control sensor.
