Great service, easy to use web site

Paul and I had a rocky start with ordering but let me tell you now that I have gotten to know him and all he does the rocky start turned into a great service being provided this week.
I am a Florida resident and like to keep things local when I can and I have been getting my vapes out of Texas and decided to give Paul another shot and he did not fail.
Communication is key and he and I have been able to do that and I will definitely now move all my business back to Paul and his business.
Just goes to show giving people that second or third chance sometimes makes a better relationship and understanding.

I’ve been shopping with EZ VAPE now for about 3 months because I couldn’t get my flavor anywhere else anymore. Not only do they always have it in stock but NO ONE can BEAT their prices ! Their customer service is terrific and the shipping is super Fast ! Only place we shop for all our vapes now and all of my friends to. Thanks EZ VAPES

They need a better process for age verification. I’m 38 and after being charged I was told my order was refunded because of an underage purchase. It’s been about a week and the money is still not showing back in my card. Because of the holiday I will give it a couple more days before I start reporting them.

Ordered an item that didn’t ship after a few days. I contacted them and they responded right away. Explained the situation and added a couple of extras for my wait. The customer service at EZpuff is phenomenal!! That and great prices, doesn’t get any better.
I will definitely keep ordering from them.

Extraordinarily RAPID response to my mistake at checkout, super nice people great shipping. First I didn't expect an email reply within the hour and then I got a phone call and the caller ID had the company name, so I knew it was whom I had emailed.
