Worst Delivery person

Worst Delivery person - the one using this numb 0557768199 . Very very rude and make fun of the us when we asked about our document..Even he refused to give his name. this person needs to be punished..

I am giving 2 star cause I purchased…

I am giving 2 star cause I purchased from this site about 4 times and I had no issues but my last order is cancelled on Aug 16 and I didn't even got the refund. I am sending them e-mail almost every day but they still didn't replied back.

Please do remember our web payment getaway is changed a long time ago if you didn’t downloaded the QR and paid in it we cant help you with anything also the order only cancel/ failed if the payment got stucked / no payment response from banking team. Please topup again with supported payment method. Thank you

LATE DELIVERY OF ORDER

so far I ordered 3 times and I faced no problem it will normally be completed within 8 - 10 hours but this time it's been 40 hours and I still didn't receive any order completed message . I also mailed 3 time to the customer suppourt mail (ezstore2405@.......) but I didn't get any reply and also I messaged this problem in the live chat also which is available at the bottom of ezstoreofficial site but there was also no reply . Still the problem isnt solved and i didnt receive any message regarding this . so I need to know when I will the order will be completed and why is this happening . Thank you .
