Pity the building contractors had not come across them til it came to fitting on my new house. As they bent side rails and now i have to get some one to fix problem on two windows

Very happy with both the quality of the product and service. Simple to install (electrician of course required to wire); but makes a huge temperature difference.

Genuine advice and support from the team, great product and looks amazing. Would love if you included smart home integration, open the blinds through google/alexa.

Shutters look great and good quality workmanship. Ideal for security and especially if you live in cyclonic areas, I manage to reduce home insurance costs as well, do yourself a favour invest in a Ezy fit shutter you won't be disappointed.

Just brilliant - sales support was amazing. Damien helped me to get exactly what I wanted, with words of advice along the way.

Great product and service, easy to install if you have some building/handyman experience.

This is the second batch of roller shutters we have bought. We were really pleased with the first 3 we bought we ordered another 3.
Right from the start from the ordering process to timely delivery and later putting the shutters up, we were really impressed with the order.
We experienced a small difficulty with one shutter catching on the way down, more a delay than a hang up.
With the help of both Michael, who tested an exact duplicate shutter to define the cause, and Damien who sent the manufacturers guide for setting the shutter limits. The guide was followed up by A phone call from Damien who talked me through the process of re- setting the shutter limits.
I am amazed at how professional the company and staff are.

A good company with excellent technical support but attention to detail a little lacking in the product.For me, two shutters were ordered but only enough blanking caps (cosmetic) were provided for one shutter. The shutter is a good product, however would benefit from obstruction sensing as an obstruction during closing can cause significant damage to the shutter. Maybe not an issue for the primary purpose (window shutter), but for use in some of the other quoted applications (garage, closet, verandah etc), an obstruction can be a real and common issue. Lastly, the placement of mounting point for the pelmet/box was directly behind the roller/axle and inaccessible using normal tools to tighten a fastener.

They did brilliantly.
