This is the 3rd thing I have bought from them. 1st one arrived broken, the return process was automated and painful. The second was fine. The 3rd is backup lights. Two-week delivery. Then no notification. They have automated customer service Horrible. Seriously bad on a whole new level. One person said India has better customer service, I agree. 2 months waiting for answer, all I get is automated responses

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with their as bad as dealing with people in India. Don't waste your money with this company.

Terrible customer service, they have to talk with AI which is a waste of time and get you nowhere. Finally after talking with an actual representative they saw where it was lost and I think they tried to ship the item again and still no product. So I asked for a refund and they can not refund something they already have shipped. Frustrated with the situation I told them not to worry about it because it wasn’t but $72 so I’ll just chalk it up as a loss and they were ok with that. Terrible you can’t get a refund for a product you never received.

Here is my experience with F150LEDs, shared factually and in good faith.
I purchased the 2024–2026 F150 LED RGB Cup Holder Coaster Light Kit from F150LEDs, and unfortunately the unit I received presented a serious safety issue. When I plugged it in for the first time, it produced a burning smell and visible smoke. Upon inspection, I noticed that the internal wiring had actually melted. There were no instructions included in the box, and I immediately disconnected the device to avoid any risk of fire. Had I not caught it in time, the situation could have been far more dangerous.
I contacted F150LEDs customer service right away and provided all the details. Despite the nature of the incident, I repeatedly received the same generic response, with no indication that the safety concerns were being taken seriously or escalated internally.
F150LEDs eventually refunded the defective item, but not the full order, describing this as a gesture of goodwill. I want to be clear that I never asked for anything beyond a full refund, and I made every effort to resolve the matter calmly and directly with them.
What concerns me most is the lack of acknowledgment regarding the potential safety risk. A device with melted wiring is not a minor defect, and I believe incidents of this nature should be reviewed carefully for customer safety and for the company’s own quality control.
As the situation remains unresolved and the safety issue has not been addressed, I am now evaluating my options and considering seeking legal advice to better understand the next steps available to me.
I hope this review encourages F150LEDs to take such situations more seriously and to provide clearer support when safety issues are involved.

About a week after installation I went through a car wash and one of lights appeared to leak as there were suds and water inside the fixture (see photo). I contacted Customer Support and got an AI email that said this was "normal". Well, a few days later the light died and will not come back on. Is that normal?

Their customer service is garbage. They lie to you about their products, bulbs wont fit and they wont refund your money. oh and it takes forever to get the parts you order.

Very disappointing experience. The FAQ states that orders typically arrive within 48 hours, but after two weeks my order was only marked as “shipped” and never showed any movement with the carrier. Customer support appears to be entirely automated, and I was unable to reach a real person for help. After experiencing this and doing further research, I also noticed many reviews mentioning quality issues with the products. Overall, not worth the hassle — I would recommend ordering elsewhere.

The bulbs look great while they work. Unfortunately one of mine has already died after just a few years and less than 20K miles on the truck. I paid the premium ($50ea) for nice bulbs from F150 LEDs expecting high quality, OEM-equivalent LEDs that would last a long time. Instead they died faster than an incandescent. If you try contacting support about this issue, they respond immediately using AI declining to help. The reviews on their own website are filtered, as my two star review I posted never showed up. Shady business practices.

I ordered an interior lighting kit a month ago. It shipped later than it was supposed to and now my package is “missing”. I paid this company to ship this item. They should be trying to run it down since they are the ones who shipped it. I filed a missing item claim with the post office and notified the company, and they pretty much stated it’s not their problem. So, I paid a lot of money for something I’ll never get?? Seriously?

I have purchased $1400 worth of products in two separate orders. I bought the Spartan led work lights first and one of them filled with water immediately. They sent a replacement no questions asked, so I felt confident. Then I bought a complete LED replacement for my '21 F250 and every single light has malfunctioned. If not out right broken, they are intermittent, or flicker. Total garbage. You only have 30 days to return - great warranty....NOT

I purchased several paperweights from F150leds.com. the cup holder leds didn't even fit my cup holders. The leds were finicky and rarely ever illuminated. When they did work, they flickered on and off. Absolutely garbage products and the only refund offered was store credit. Total waste of money.

My wife gifted some led accessories for my 2025 F150 Tremor and extremely satisfied with their products so far. Easy to install and added a new look to my truck. Thank you

Worst aftermarket company for off roading stuff out there. IF you need any assistance or support, they will NOT TALK to you...only AI or text messages. DO NOT NUY FROM THEM.

First of all, Just use Amazon instead of f150leds.com. You will get better results. F150leds.com shipped me the “wrong” product than what I ordered and refuse to send the correct product. Terrible customer service. Don’t get caught paying for their mistakes. Hard to believe that someone would ship the “wrong” product and not accept responsibility and correct it.

I placed an order with f150leds.com on April 3rd, 2025, and was initially informed that the item was backordered with an estimated shipping date of April 15th. After not receiving any updates, I contacted the company around April 23rd. Their responses were brief, and I was informed of further delays. My order finally arrived approximately six weeks after the initial order date. Upon receiving the product and having it inspected by a technician, it was discovered to be incorrect. I then requested a full refund, explaining that I shouldn't incur additional technician fees due to their error. While the company offered a refund for the product itself, they refused to refund the original shipping costs. Although the shipping fee is a minor expense, the entire transaction has been a significantly negative experience due to the initial delays, lack of proactive communication, and ultimately receiving the wrong product. I cannot prove it but, in my opinion, they sent the wrong product on purpose. Furthermore, it is of the technician's opinion the product is of questionable quality his opinion not mine, so buyer beware. I have emails that back up the dates and times of this review.

First off, Ive spent more than 1k on leds bulbs from f150 LEDs and are still running them on my f250. Their customer service is pretty good, fast answers to questions. LEDs are bright as heck which is awesome. Now for the bad.. ive had quite a few failures.
I have 4x main headlight leds, all still work and are freaking bright, going on 18 months. 2x fog LEDs bulbs same. No issues. Side vent LEDs, no issue. 4x Tail light bulbs, 3x have failed, 1x of those i got warrantied. I have had 2x amber marker, turn signals have failed. Replacements bulbs range from $54 to $104.

Next, i should have known this would happen. An indicator to steer clear from a company is when they only posts 5 star reviews on their website. Which is why im writing this here. My advice, go with an american made quality bulb, not a chinese copy rebranded. Im slowly switching to recon lighting as f150leds fail.

Purchased Raptor grill lights, side vent lights and plug and play harness. Installed plug and play harness, tested lights with harness installed and everything worked fine Installed grill lights and side vent lights, connected to wire harness and nothing. Took everything apart, checked all wires and connectors, rewired and still nothing. Took apart again and used the supplied t-connectors and everything worked fine. Apparently plug and play harness not what it's supposed to be!

Absolute trash company. Horrible customer service and offered no help for misleading description of lighting.

BEWARE of this company. LEDs started to fail right away, ultimately 100% of the kit I purchased failed. The last ones were just over a year and they refused to send new ones. Only offered me a discount to buy MORE of their defective product.
