Appalling service. Forced to pay £20 per head deposit to book a table and then when the bill was less than the amount they refused to refund our money. Basically we have paid for the privilege... もっず芋る

Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough to make our first time at F1 Arcade amazing, including a surprise birthday dessert 🍚 Simulators were fantastic and loved the different levels. Cannot wait to come... もっず芋る

Been twice in London and had a great experience each time. The staff are all polite, friendly and happy to help. The simulators are great quality with good feedback. The bar is quite noisy so it's... もっず芋る

Awful experience

Awful experience - amazing equipment that doesn’t work
Team members had no idea how to greet people - heads down on laptops - no greeting - waited 15 mins to check in - all
appeared unsure what to do - very short races - sim stopped working - very very loud - couldn’t hear the instructions on the car - son has a sim at home and has more ability to drive on that than the ones in arcade as the key elements are switched off - you do NOT race other people in the arcade that feature is also switched off - travelled 3 hours - total
Disappointment- do not waste your money!’ And apparently all of this has been fed back already but owner hasn’t a clue according to team member and doesn’t get F1! It clearly shows!! V disappointed F1 for allowing this - we are avid F1 supporters and have been duped into believing this would be at F1s exceptionally high standards -
We were wrong - don’t waste your time or money! Birthday treat that was less a treat than ever!!
