Scammed. Paid for years but they sold the broadcasting rights and blocked streaming for me. And no refunds of course. Doesn’t matter: F1 is dead with the new rules, it’s just a money circus now. Hopefully F1TV will go down with it. I’m out.

Het is niet dit seizoen niet om aan te zien met de nieuwe auto’s en reglement.
Zonde van het geld om het te willen zien.

2 races geannuleerd en geen enkele compensatie.
Totaal geen oplossing vanaf hun kant.

This is joke and have nothing to do with F1 so as we all enjoy for years.

I hope many cancel there subscription so that the people resposible lose there jobs.

Lees herkenbare verhalen, ook ik heb nu een andere creditcard en kan de rekening niet betalen daarmee, ook bij mij abo geabonneerd, valt niet mee te communiceren, Alles 1 richtingsverkeer. Heb toezegging gehad dat ik me geen zorgen hoef te maken want konden zien dat het bedrag stond gereserveerd, enkele dagen later mail met beëindiging abo. Dat wordt vroeg opstaan dit weekend en zal de race live moeten kijken want terugkijken bij F1tv.com zit er niet. Ben in de steek gelaten na jaren een abo gehad te hebben.

Abonnement opeens opgezegd met als reden betaling niet gelukt, herstellen kan niet meer. Kosten voor abonnement gaan opeens van 94 naar 142,99 bijna 50 euro extra. stelletje oplichters

Ook door wisseling credit card zegt men dat er niet is betaald en wordt het abonnement meteen geannuleerd.
Het bedrag is wel overgemaakt ,maar zij kunnen niets voor je doen dan alleen een abonnement te nemen op VIAplay.
Ronduit een schandalige vertoning van hun, geen enkele medewerking

All they care about is their money from their streaming services. I watched F1 racing for 43 years. I will never watch an F1 race on a streaming service ever! Al even een vaste klant. Nu problemen gehad door wissel van credit card. Abonnement hebben zij opgezegd en ik kan deze nu niet meer verlengen - ja tegen véél hogere kosten. Belachelijk en bijzonder klantonvriendelijk.

I live in France and have a Pro subscription for F1 TV. The app used to be perfect but is now completely useless as it does not work at all. The commentary team is brilliant so it is such a shame that it is no longer available.

I was charged twice for the same F1 TV Pro subscription on the same account.
Because the live broadcast was not opening, I tried again and my card was charged twice.

Later I upgraded to F1 TV Premium and was able to watch the race.
Now I have multiple active Pro subscriptions on the same account.

I have canceled the duplicate subscriptions and I kindly request a full refund for the extra charges.

Waste of money. Can't cast to TV, frequently crashing/buffering.
App doesn't work on 4K TV
No customer service. Will not renew in 2026. Shame as concept is good, and when it worked in 2023 early 2024 it was great.

Het streamen gaat niet goed.
Haperd continu, erg vervelend.
En de app is erg onoverzichtelijk.

It is hard for me to give a 1 star for F1 TV as they deserve a zero star. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. There service doesn't work on my tv, but worked once on my laptop. I paid for the premium viewing experience yet had to delete those features as it kept freezing my screen. I got to watch one race on my laptop with the deleted features. Tonight I wanted to watch the Vegas race. 3 hours and 44 minutes with F1 tv support and they have completely turned me off from f1. I never got to see even the start of the race. The service won't work on my laptop or my tv and they won't refund if over 30days. Do not, I said DO NOT BUY F1 TV! Im seriously done with this horrible company. F1 tv needs to fix their product and learn how to keep their clients happy. Save yourself the high blood pressure and watch it on You tube after the race. You can watch it for free there in a condensed version and You tube has figured out how to make it work on both the TV and my laptop.

Even een overzicht: HDR uitgerold door F1TV, helaas ook voor de standaard HD stream (1080p) en niet uit te zetten. De helft van de laptops en TV's kunnen hier niet mee omgaan. Verdubbeling van de abonnementsprijs (van 5,99 naar 11,99), een nieuwe duurdere 4K stream met een bitrate van ongeveer 15Mbit/s (ter vergelijking: een blu-ray haalt 50Mbit/s) met als gevolg blokken in beeld als er veel snel wijzigende details in het beeld zijn (F1 bijvoorbeeld?), geen gelijktijdige streams meer toegestaan sinds halverwege 2026. En nu wordt de Firefox browser niet meer ondersteund. Ik accepteer het niet langer.

Sinds ze het abbo hebben veranderd, heb ik alleen maar streamings problemen. Foutmeldingen zoals meerdere kijkers... kijk alleen. Waardeloos en daarnaast is de porschecup ook weg. Duur abbo weinig goeds, gaat viaplee achterna
