To start with, this filament stands out due to its remarkable quality in every aspect. The print results are impressive, with hardly noticeable layer lines even at a 0.2mm setting.Moreover, F3DM’s customer service is fantastic. They respond swiftly to inquiries, and deliveries are made quickly. Overall, both the product and the service are outstanding.

My repeat MY, mistake fixed. On my 2nd order I made a fool of myself and messed up the order. I gave them a ring and within minutes it fixed. Few minutes later and a new order was sorted and getting ready to send out. Truly GREAT customer service. P.S. their filament is also pretty darn good too.

Only purchased filament, so that is what I can comment upon.

I purchased a few roles of PLA to try it out because I had a discount code and thought why not its a good price. The items were delivered very quickly and well packaged.

The filament is superb, prints perfectly without hassle, haven't needed to calibrate, I just shoved it in and printed using generic pla profile on my bambu it has now become my favourite filament. The galaxy black is particularly beautiful, so I decided to buy more of their filament in different colours, all are fantastic colours.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I've talked to them on the phone and via internet chat numerous times (Ben and someone whose name I cannot recall), because I have placed a number of orders now and needed their advice/recommendations a number of times. Thank you.

The filament is really nice, it comes spooled cleanly and nicely, far better than big name leading brands that cost more.

Firstly, the filament is exceptional, it's quality across all ranges is great, and on top of print quality the layer lines are almost imperceivable even at 0.2mm.

F3DM service is also great, with questions answered promptly, and shipments arriving rapidly. Great product and service.

Love these guys - they are my new favourite filament supplier.
