f45 is a scam, I saw an add on Instagram saying you could try it free for a month. When I showed up they said it was a challenge you had to put 400$ down and if you go 3 times a week for a month you get your money back. After completing the month they wouldn’t give my money back and ghosted me.

I never liked gyms, but at F45 I had the motivation to keep coming back. Lost a lot of weight and gained muscle.

Started F45 Training in Woodforest, TX is a total wonderful experience! The 45-minute sessions mix strength and cardio perfectly, the playlists are awesome, and the coaches are incredible motivating, attentive, and full of energy. I actually look forward to every workout. If you are in the area stop by you’ll love the vibe!!

Extremely overpriced for a mediocre product

They (apparently) kindly offered to donate a voucher to our local school's charity auction. We ran the auction, advertising their kind donation. Upon completion, we asked if they would kindly arrange for the voucher, to which we've been met with radio silence.
I've sent 7 emails (all very polite), been to their shop twice and called 4 times. They've made no attempt to make good on their offer.
The worst thing is that the auction company we used, we have no way to refund that amount. So school funds will have to be used to repay the original bidder (losing the commission and card payment fees).
I think they should truly be ashamed of themselves.

I went To F45 training in West Fargo North Dakota. I felt like the owners did not have time to help with downloading the apps and get them up and running they told me that they would help it just didn’t happen they just shrug their shoulders one dead and the other one raised his voice at me like it was my fault that the apps weren’t user-friendly I wouldn’t recommend going to this place I didn’t feel it was right to be for a business owner to treat people like that
