I received boots with defect and had no help from you

Ho scoperto per caso questo sito di vendita di scarpe ed accessori, ho apprezzato molto l'offerta e il grande assortimento disponibile. Sito ben strutturato e servizio eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi ama prodotti di qualità MADE in ITALY.

Direi esperienza pessima. Ho comprato un completo per un evento, prima ho preso la taglia 56 e non mi stava bene. Ho ordinato la 58 e per accelerare non ho aspettato il reso e ho fatto un nuovo ordine. Arriva il pacco e la giacca invece di una 58 era una 48 (c’era un etichetta sotto). Grave un errore così da un marchio come Fabi! Non acquisterò più da loro perché mi hanno messo in difficoltà con un errore non da marchio importante.

Good quality products. Delivery is fast, but customers need to pay themselves deliveries and RETURNS, that makes it more difficult to decide about purchase.

The bad: Wrong sizing chart(way off) . No free shipping back(payed 30 EUR for nothing)

Unfortunately, they sent me two different shoes. Of course they reimbursed me (they weren't able to find the second missing shoe of the pair...), but still it is not a very good shopping experience. The shoes were very nice...
